We have to admit at first we were skeptical, but after our very first meeting we knew that Sublime Homes was a professional, quality driven, building company!!! Decision making was made easy because of Jackie's interior design skills and friendly personality. Michael's attention to detail was impeccable. Our new home was delivered before the promised time and within our budget! Excellent building experience and we love our new home!!!!

As “older” newlyweds, my husband and I designed our dream home to start our new life together. Now all we needed was someone to build it. From start to finish, working with the brother and sister team of Mike Graniczny, CEO and Jackie Graniczny, Designer was a stress free experience. Mike, Jackie and their team are professional, dependable, and trustworthy. Their attention to detail sets their homes apart! Mike was on top of every trade, ensuring that all work was done to perfection as well as keeping our project on schedule. Jackie with her eye for design, was wonderful in guiding me in making the proper selections to achieve the look I wanted to fit the design and character of our home. Mike and Jackie were involved in our project from start to finish. Our project was completed on time as promised. I am so thrilled with the work Sublime did on our new construction home. The details were fantastic. They were always available for questions and gave great advise. I don't know what I would have done without Jackie's help in picking everything out - she really has a great eye and wants to ensure everything is perfect. Sublime was able to take some plans I found on line and modify them based on some verbal requests, we couldn't be happier with the outcome!!

I never thought that I would build a house because I had always heard it was difficult and stressful. However, once I looked at the portfolio of homes Sublime Development had designed and built, I knew right away that I had to get over my fears and get to work with them. From the first moment I spoke with Jackie and Mike, I knew these were the builders for me. I felt that I could trust them and my gut was exactly right. They provided my wife and I with the home building experience that I think it should be. I cannot stress enough how great it was to have Jackie, a professional designer, to work with. Her designs, ideas and suggestions were just what we needed to make it the perfect home for our family. Mike, the builder, was really organized and hands on too. Almost every subcontractor told me they never see the builder on site, yet there he and Jackie were everyday paying close attention to all the details. They really deserve more than the 5 stars in my opinion!
