I contacted Stephanie before my first visit to Furniture Land South and I'm so glad I did. She had me email her some photos and fill out a survey so that she could get a good sense of my style and what I'd be looking for when I came to shop. My husband and I spent about 6 hours with her walking through the entire facility and we ended up picking out of 18 items for our new home and absolutely love EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!! We have run into a few hiccups in our deliveries, but she's been there for me to help sort out an problems or issues. Since then, I've been in for a follow up visit and she was just as helpful. I've recommended her to several other friends and family members who are in need of great furniture at affordable prices. With FLS, you get your dream look at a price you couldn't get anywhere else AND you get a FREE very talented designer to work with. It's a win for everyone!

Stephanie is fantastic to work with. My husband and I flew down to FLS and it was worth the trip. Stephanie knew exactly what we were envisioning, where the pieces would be in their huge showroom, and made suggestions to help us where we were undecided. She laid everything out and ensured it fit to our floor plan. It was like shopping with a girlfriend that knows the ins and outs of the industry. I think what makes this work is that she is a designer and not a sales person. We furnished our lake house living room and sunroom. We are so excited to receive everything. This was the best furniture shopping experience we have ever had. I wouldn't recommend doing this without her or Patty. We were able to purchase higher quality pieces at our lower price point which was great. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about the brand and explained why pieces run higher or lower. We will share pics once we have everything installed...stay tuned.

I can't say enough about my outstanding experience with Patti Allen. She has a very gentle personality with a great sense of style! I loved how she incorporated many of my ideas into the room settings to make it fit our lifestyle. We were able to decorate our entire home in 2 days!!! And under budget! I had a wonderful experience and can't wait for the arrival of our furnishings! Thank you Patti!

Allen + James is an amazing design team. I worked with Stephanie and honestly could not have ever imagined decor as beautiful as she created for us. I also worked with her for the window treatments in the house and they are stunning. Completely unique yet absolutely our style! Stephanie was such a pleasure to work with -- and it was a lot of fun too! Don't hesitate to work with this unbelievably talented designer!!

Patti Allen and Stephanie James are the best in the business. Not only do they both have impeccable taste and style, but they are honest and willing to work extremely hard and long hours to create exactly what you want in your home from floor to ceiling. I've worked with many designers before and I've never had a better experience than I did with Allen & James Interior Design. My home is in San Francisco, California and I was working with a limited budget and short timeline. Patti and Stephanie were able to meet all of my needs without a single hitch. They operate out of the largest retail furniture store in the United States so you know they are getting the best prices and furnishing options. I recommend their services 100% and will use them anytime I need ANYTHING for my home.
