McWhirter Custom Homes and Remodeling specializes in making your dreams into reality. Since 2007, we have worked on a wide range of projects - ground up new construction, significant additions to existing homes, open concept expansions, and many kitchen and bath updates. On remodeling projects we do the demolition, framing, cabinets, tile, and painting with our own craftsmen. We sub-contract the licensed trades - plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Using our own craftsmen allows us to have total control over the folks that you will interact with over the course of your project. This truly sets us apart from most general contractors. Our goal is to provide you with a wonderful experience from the beginning of your project to completion. We can help with design ideas and product selection but, we want you to be in control, while providing the assistance level you are comfortable with. Ultimately, you are the best judge of your own taste. You know what will delight you in your new space. We want to make that happen. As a rule, we take on one project at a time. Our goal is to start and finish as quickly as possible. As an example, we recently gutted a kitchen, built all new cabinets, installed tile and granite, remodeled both the second bath and master bath with new cabinets and tile - in five weeks. So our goal is to do the highest quality work, in the most efficient manner possible. This is where having our own craftsmen really comes into play. With their skillset, the guys are busy all day, everyday - very little down time waiting for somebody to show up.
