SOLLiD Cabinetry

My cabinets are less than 4 years old. Two drawers are broken and the pins holding shelves up are cracked and broken. They quality of this overpriced product is absolutely abysmal.

All of the Bad reviews are true. 21,000 spent on cabinets and it is impossible to get any assistance with warranty or completion of original order 6 months later. SOLLID made it abundantly clear that they do not “deal” with customers. Although “customers” are the ones who are buying their product. They only deal with Dealers. So if the company you dealt with is sold, you are out of luck. I was on the fence when building our home over all the bad reviews I read about this company (do your research there are MANY) But we were assured by the Vendor where we purchased them from that we would not have any problems. A few months later they were bought out. There are so many Cabinet makers in the US that make a quality product. I would definitely avoid this one if great customer service, warranty and quality of product is important to you.

Worst customer no service. 10 months to complete our job. Quality is second rate. Doors finish doesn't match. I asked for money back. They refused. Don't consider these people.

If you are concerned with Quality Control and your Project Schedule I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your cabinets. Envii was not only unable to deliver on time by several weeks but the delivery was incomplete, incorrect and damaged when it arrived. The completed project still has obvious fabrication flaws in several of the cabinet doors that we just have to live with due to poor quality control.

The only reason I would even give this company 2 stars is that I actually like the product when it functions correctly. I had their rep Jay come out and look at a cabinet that was falling apart at all the seems and the dials were popping out. Well that was in December and it’s not Feb with still not a cabinet built when I went too actually find out what was going on they said they needed a door sample to stain match their own product. I dropped one off and Jay came out saying I’ll build you a box but we agreed to replace the cabinet. He states that when he was there 3 months ago the cabinet was sitting in my living room. Yes 3 months ago it was in my living room I’m not keeping a cabinet on the floor so one of my kids can trip over a 24”x42” tall cabinet. Then he states well who ever installed it they did it wrong after 5 years of sitting in place now it’s a bad install. I’m sorry but this company will not warranty their product and will just point the finger to the rep who sold me the product. Now I’m getting my cabinet guy to actually build me a new cabinet. Custom cabinets in less than half the time of a typical cabinet builder. Unmatched Quality for the price. Soft close drawers are standard which is usually a big upgrade wi other companies. Colors are always consistent, and condition of product from delivery is great.
