Smart Space is a full-service interior design company that specializes in residential remodeling. We produce a full vision of the space and create a style that is exclusive for our clients’ needs. There are two main services we provide. These are divided into two phases. Phase 1 consists of the architectural requirements for the remodel. This phase is everything that gets you to a building permit. This includes conceptual & final design in addition to all of the necessary documents for a full architectural plan set. Phase 2 is after you receive the permit and are ready to build, we assist you with all of your interior selections. We offer all services for interiors including but not limited to, tile designs, cabinet layouts, custom closets paint colors, just to name a few. We truly cherish what we do and love talking about design. So feel free to contact us so we can help create design visions into a reality, making your space come together where functionality meets style & form!

We invited Natasha to our 1837 Creole Cottage in New Orleans for a consultation. We are looking to expand and remodel our bathroom. She gave us options and fresh ideas for the layout. Old homes come with special challenges and it was great hearing and seeing her vision. Natasha was patient and listened to all our wants and needs plus making us feel comfortable with the process.

Natasha was extremely helpful in giving us direction, structure, and frameworks with which to think about the design for our new home build. She was awesome not only during the build phase but also gave us some fantastic ideas when we worked with her again on furnishings and decor once the house build was complete. Natasha was easy to work with and able to provide lots of visualizations, which were so helpful when trying to envision how things would all come together. In sum, great experience, highly recommended.

Natasha really knows her stuff. She gave us great ideas for our kitchen remodel, worked with us to create a beautiful plan and helped us execute the plan. She was responsive to logistic questions and had an answer for everything that came up. She also handled getting our permit approved through the city of San Jose in a timely manner. We were also thrilled with how our bathrooms turned out, though they were much smaller projects.

Natasha brings a fresh perspective that motivated me to get started on some projects that I've wanted to work on for years! What started as a kitchen floor and minor refresh project inspired me to completely revamp several living spaces, not because she pressured me to do more but because her suggestions helped inspire me to update my home to make it a space that is now more in line with my current taste and style. She helped me source materials that are fresh, modern but also captured the essence of my home and were functional for how I actually live in my home. She has great ideas, is respectful of your realistic budget, and she is someone that I will definitely engage in future design projects. I love interiors and design and like to do a lot myself, but Natasha really helped me tie it all together and help me think of things that I definitely wouldn't have done on my own. Natasha is a dream to work with. She is professional, personal and made what can be a daunting project actually enjoyable. She kept me in the loop and apprised of her vision the entire time.
