Recently, We decided to replace the flooring in our entire home with engineered hardwood. As a designer, I had a gorgeous wood floor in mind manufactured from California Classics Floor, Estates Collection. It was just a matter of finding the hardwood flooring at the right price. Through the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Signature Carpet One. John Shea, the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were quoted a competitive price so we purchased the flooring from him and had it installed. My husband and I love walking around on our new hardwood floor in our bare feet! They feel so soft and warm. We love the way they compliment the rest of our decor in our home. Flooring is an investment that lasts a lifetime but will increase one's home value. Thanks again to John and Signature Carpet One.

Signature Carpet One did floors in my house in Fremont - refinished hardwood, installed vinyl in the family room and carpet in the bedrooms. They were EXCELLENT all the way through the process from the estimate, to sales, and installation. Stefy did a great job helping me select carpet and vinyl that would work with the hardwood and fit my budget, and the installers of each flooring were terrific. Those that did the hardwood floors (Luis and Vincent) were true craftspeople - exceptional attention to detail and a gorgeous finished product. The installation manager, Robert, made sure that they stuck to the schedule and made a special effort to finish the job on time when a transition between some existing tile and hardwood needed extra attention. A truly professional organization from top to bottom.

Signature Carpet One did a great job replacing all the flooring in my ~1200 sq. ft. condo! Ron patiently helped me with the material selection for hours and gave a really fair estimate for the flooring (better than 2 other contractors I received quotes from) within a couple of days after measurement of my place. I also wanted to remodel my kitchen countertop with them, but it took a while for their supplier to provide a quote for the quartz & tile backsplash so I went with someone else for the kitchen. After the ordered materials came in, it took just 5 days to finish the job (Days 1-2: remove previous flooring and install porcelain tiles in kitchen and bathrooms, Day 3: lay down laminate in living space, Day 4: berber carpets in bedrooms, Day 5: re-install floorboards and clean-up). The craftsmanship on the flooring was truly amazing and I received several compliments about my place now looking like a model home. I definitely recommend them for flooring and will use their service again!

I can't say enough good things about Signature Carpet One. Not just a flooring store...they have a great selection of carpet, hardwood, tile, countertop materials and Hunter Douglas window coverings! The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had them do my bathroom and kitchen remodel. I felt at ease with their professionalism and ability to work with my schedule for installation. The crew was great. They were punctual, clean, careful, paid attention to detail and obviously took pride in their work. John and Stefy were both a pleasure to work with, attentive, understanding and communicative. They are genuinely good people that care about their family owned business. They did an outstanding job and I'm a very satisfied customer! I will be hiring them again to refinish my hardwood floors. I will also order my custom area rugs and window coverings through them. Thanks!
