Shelf Confident

We would recommend Shelf Confident to anybody looking to upgrade their pantry space. They were reliable and professional throughout the entire project. They explained everything beforehand and lived up to their promises. Thanks Al for a job well done!

Al was a pleasure to work with. We told him what we wanted and he worked with us while remaining within our budget. The shelving was delivered and installed when promised. The installers were professional and left our home spotless. We absolutely love the pull out shelves and are very pleased that we choose to work with Al and his company.

Al and Mitzi were great and we had a great connection from the first visit. The installers Phil and Forest did a good job despite some awkwardness with parts of the install. When I called Al about my concerns the matters were resolved. However, I would have preferred Al to have stopped by to check on things during the installation. It would have provided that personal touch to ensure my satisfaction of the process. I am currently waiting on a replacement drawer because the manufacturer built the wrong size drawer. I also requested a change in height when this drawer arrives. I was informed there would be a slight charge which I thought should have been waived due to my wait time on this last drawer. For these reasons, I did not give a 5 star rating.

Recently, we had Shelf Confident install pull-out drawers in all the lower cabinets in our kitchen and master bath, plus on the shelves in my pantry. We have done a major remodel job in our house and I have to say, out of everything we have done, they are my favorite parts of our entire job! I am so thrilled not to have to get down on the floor to get items from lower cabinets and they seem to now hold even more than before. I can stack things together and still am able to see everything! Even after having the shelves for several months I am still so thankful every time I open the cabinet doors! Al and Phil are very professional, were very patient with me and did a wonderful job! I got an estimate from another company and Shelf Confident's estimate was about half the cost of that one. I highly recommend Shelf Confident - you will not be disappointed!
