Town & Country Floor Design

I am so disappointed with my $12,000.00 carpet installation. The carpet has a very noticeable bulging seam right down the middle of my living room. I've been in to complain on numerous occasions. The salesman, Alex, came over to look at it, and sent the installer over to re stretch the carpet, however when the installer came over, he stated it was up to industry standards. I went in to Town and Country again to complain, and despite Alex saying he would deal with it, I have never heard from them again. Now I am noticing another large bulging seam in the carpet in the upstairs hallway. I would NEVER recommend this company!!!

Arman was wonderful from start to finish He always had time for me and answer my questions honesty and if he didn’t know the answer he would find out for me And that is the sign of a true professional I am so happy I went with this company and especially with Arman being a widow buying flooring can be a scary experience but it wasn’t.

I was not looking forward to choosing tile and flooring because there are so many options I didn’t know where to start. We gutted our home to the foundation and rebuilt it, so it was a big project and we had a lot of decisions to make. Fortunately our builder sent us to Town & Country, where Sandra T. made the process fun and much easier than I thought possible. With a small hobby farm, large dogs and little time to clean, she helped me select the perfect durable tile that isn’t slippery, hardly shows dirt and is absolutely gorgeous. Love it! She has an excellent sense of colour and design and knows her product line so well that she could quickly pull the right samples from Town & Country’s huge selection. Her first selection for the kitchen backsplash was a winner. Not only did she find the perfect tiles, but she suggested layout patterns and grout colours that really worked well. Sandra respected our budget, showing us where a splurge was worthwhile and where we could save. Everyone at Town & Country was helpful and professional, and Sandra was an absolute pleasure to work with.

We have used this company for many years now with good success. In particular, we enjoy working with Sandra T. She has an excellent eye for design and works tirelessly to please our clients.

Hello! My experience with Town and Country was great! Staff were very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly! We were able to purchase a better quality product than the big box stores at a competitive price. We were looking for quality, but at somethiing we could afford because we are a small family. Two thumbs up!
