I had a tile job to do and Ramiro was the only guy to call me back. It was not an easy job because the tile was discontinued. Ramiro figure out a way to fix it . He does awesome work .When NOBODY want to attempt to do it Ramiro Save the day. THANK GOD !!! I will use him in all my remodels . He does high-end work ,reliable , can get him on the phone, Plus a very fair estimate . Thank You Again Ramiro

We had a terrific experience with San Juan Renovations when we set out to remodel our master and junior baths and replace our entryway flooring. I called and spoke to the owner, Ramiro Ramirez, and the next day, he came to our home to assess the work and take initial measurements in order to prepare a bid. He was prompt, professional, articulate and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions about how to best achieve our goals. Ramiro knows his trade well and consulted with us at each step of the process. He was patient with our questions and concerns and regularly checked with us to ensure his work exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship of the finished work is top-notch—our master bath is altogether transformed. Ramiro is a bit of a perfectionist, which is a fantastic quality in a contractor! Midway through the master bath renovation, it was clear that we had chosen the wrong flooring. Instead of laying it anyway, Ramiro asked us to evaluate it and decide if it was right. When we chose to go with another flooring, Ramiro took it in stride even though it delayed the project by a day. Impressively, Ramiro was more concerned that the room look right than he was with a small delay. We also expanded the scope of the tiling in the master and changed some details in the shower. Again, Ramiro showed great flexibility and worked to make sure we were happy with the final product. He was clearly committed to doing the best job possible, both structurally and artistically. ¬Worth mentioning is that the timeliness hinted at during the first meeting was carried through once work began—Ramiro and/or his crew arrived on time and other than a brief lunch break, worked all day. Ramiro’s crew was polite and friendly and cleaned up carefully at the end of each day. They also took steps to keep the rest of our house clean despite the ongoing work—nothing in our house was harmed or damaged during construction After contacting about five other contractors, San Juan Renovations was the clear choice. Ramiro made us feel comfortable with our decision to hire his company primarily because he is an honest, straight-shooter. He created a realistic plan concerning the work required, listened to our needs, understood our priorities and worked within our budget. Our entryway and both bathrooms look modern and beautiful. We recommend Ramiro and San Juan Renovations highly, without reservation.

I am a recently a mom with a newborn and have a challenging schedule, but really felt compelled to write up a review for San Juan Tile & Stone Renovations since they did such a great job. We contracted Ramiro for our tile installation of our kitchen backsplash. I found him through Houzz.com. Even though he did not have any reviews I was drawn to what I saw on his website. From the pictures of his past jobs he seemed experienced in installing varying styles of tile, especially in regards to more involved designs instead of the standard vanilla "all same type" installation. From our first meeting Ramiro made us feel confident he knew what he was talking about. My husband and I had several ideas and wanted to use 3D effect travertine tile of different types (I will post pics to clarify), but after speaking to him on our initial visit he openly discussed whether our options would work or not. This was actually one of the significant things I was looking for in an installer because I didn't want someone who was just going to install whatever we wanted, but someone who could actually explain the logistics of whether what we were thinking would actually be feasible. He was really great at clarifying and simplifying our choices with his advice because he actually listened to what we were envisioning. He was very quick to consult with me while he was in the process of the installation to spot check with me on whether I was happy with how it was turning out or to show me how he was going to place our accent tiles in the overall field tile. He was very exacting and I appreciated his soliciting feedback to make sure we were seeing and getting what we wanted as the work progressed. Second, we had way one too many electrical outlets (like 8 what was the original builder thinking?!?!) and wanted to have someone terminate and seal them off to clean up the viewable backsplash area and reduce them down to 3 outlets. Ramiro was able to handle and do the work. It was actually great to know he could do more than just tile and we wouldn't have to hire a separate contractor. He actually does whole remodels and can be consulted for any other aspects of your job that you might need done. Then there was the fact that we actually asked him to start the work the Friday before Christmas! We had wanted to get this tile installation done at the beginning of the December month and had originally contacted Ramiro early on 12/2, but I went into labor and had the baby and of course everything got delayed! He was actually willing to work and finish everything before Christmas and we were grateful since most contractors were completely unavailable. Just his willingness to work with us on schedule was a huge bonus. My husband wanted this installation done before the end of the year and Ramiro totally came through. Last but no least we actually found his bid to be reasonable. We had a competing bid that was higher and they wouldn't and couldn't do the electrical work we needed. It was great to deal with just one person for everything to get the job done asap. All in all I usually don't have as much time to write reviews anymore but really felt San Juan Tile was exceptional in delivering quality work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I am really glad we found Ramiro and will definitely be using him for any future jobs! We just had Ramiro install travertine Vpattern in our home and we could not be happier with his work. He did a fantastic job!!! He is very proffesional, friendly and prompt. We love my flooring!!! I highly recommmend.
