Sanctuary 28 I deal with a lot of professional individuals and companies in my line of work in Real Estate both in Australia & Internationally Of course when you actually pay a company to do a contract for you the expectation is they give really good service right? Thats why you choose them but my review may be a bit of a different angle and I think it warrants a mention never the less... Everyone is time poor! has their own agenda ! work to timeframes & budgets we know this fact , accept it &often suffer its consequences I didn't employ Sanctuary 28 in a professional capacity through a contract of works I simply rang to ask a very important (to me) design question that I was grappling with that I would never have found out the answer to on my own. Antony from Sanctuary 28 went so totally out of his way to find the answer for me it was a ridiculous level of customer service ,considering they were never going to be remunerated. Im left thinking if this is how this company respect and treat the average enquiry from strangers I can only imagine the level of service & commitment they shower on their clients lucky enough to work with them on their new homes. I understand the management of the company have set the scene rightly deserving praise & recognition for conspiring to create a truely fabulous & inspiring company culture. Let me tell you they are well on their way to becoming top of their game in my opinion. Thank you Don, Antony and the Sanctuary 28 team for the dedication you aspire to I greatly appreciate my small connection with the company & if Im in a position to build you will be the only company quoting . trust me! I can highly recommended Sanctuary28. The company built a beach house for me on North Stradbroke Island , which is accessible only by ferry , so is not an easy place to do a build . It is an extremely professional company and their knowledge of building on an island and coping with the ever present difficulties was superb . The quality of work was above expectations, under such difficult circumstances, and all deadlines met and budgets adhered to. It was a joy to work with Sanctuary28. They were pleasant, courteous and made the build a happy experience for me.

Building with Don from Sanctuary 28 was one of the best decisions we have ever made. It was the least stressful part of our year!! The communication was excellent, there were no surprise costs, he had a fantastic relationship with all his trades and they were able to complete the build well within the time they had estimated. We are extremely happy with the result and would definitely recommend the company to anyone planning to build.

Don and his team at Sanctuary 28 provided us with a seamless and truly positive building experience. Their professionalism and approachability allowed us to feel comfortable throughout both the planning and building stages. The result is a well built family home that we could not be happier with.

Have had the pleasure of knowing Don and his team at Sanctuary 28 since 2012, you wont find a better or more talented team of builders, estimators, project managers and tradesman in south east Queensland. If you are after that diamond finish on your new build or renovation .. but without the diamond price-tag .. give Don and the team a call and I can guarantee your expectations will be exceeded.

When my husband and I decided to renovate our dream home from interstate, everyone told us we were mad. After contacting over 15 companies on the Gold Coast, Sanctuary 28 Projects were the stand out company from the very start. Don (the Director) responded to our initial email enquiry within 24 hours to introduce himself and his team and they held our hand during every step of the renovation. As first time renovators, S28 took away all the stress of renovating. Don and his team took the time to understand our vision of renovating a home which was modern and also suitable for a person with a mobility disability and they nailed it. Each week, Don sent through videos of the work being completed. He even went as far as introducing the tradesmen on site (who were all awesome), which was a big help when we could only deal with them over the phone. Over the six month renovation, we had only two site visits and the renovation was a dream run. The project was finished early and on budget. Whether it is for a new build or a reno, I can not recommend S28 highly enough. Our renovation experience was nothing but awesome!

I have had the absolute pleasure building with Sanctuary 28 . And this is my memory. You have in office Mark who keeps it all in line and on budget for everyone, along with Vicky who basically does it all. And on site I had the pleasure of meeting Bradley the Electrician (many times as i kept changing my mind and kept a smile the whole time) , Trent the chippie, Reg the Chippie, Reg the concreter, of course I would forget Andrew and Ash the plumbers and Barrett Brothers who painted, painted and came back and painted again.. love those guys. And finally of course The Don. Well Don is just the best. The best way to describe him is from his words. "Anna, We only have solutions here not problems." and no matter how small the job was he always made me feel very important and I truly appreciate that so very much. I also appreciate that none of the guys listed above really ever got frustrated with me. And i can tell you that might not have been always easy. When building a house it is so important to get things right and whilst not always an easy task it often takes looking, thinking and changing your mind in the process and I am so pleased all these people allowed me to do this. I am now building my second home with Sanctuary 28 and I am weeks away from finishing ill report back again but i am sure it will be a good one. And i have had the great joy of working with all the guys again. I must not forget the additions to the above on the new house My Chippie Mick , buddy Kev , Dean the Tiler and wee Sam who basically endured my daily site visits to see what they were up to and always good advise and wiling to allow me to create another Lovely Sanctuary 28 home.. And I can tell you it will not be my last. I hope this helps you.. As you can see i Highly recommend Don and his many wonderful men and women who make up the great team at Sanctuary 28. I will miss them all when I am in my new home.. So will have to start thinking of the next project.
