Mundy Residential, LLC is a family owned and operated custom construction company whose goal is to provide a personal working relationship with each client. Every project is designed to meet the budget, time frame and style of the client requesting the build. We implement processes to create a seamless experience for the buyer that gives them a voice throughout the build. Bruce Mundy, as Owner and President, applies experience and expertise acquired since beginning his home-building career in 1979. Bruce’s knowledge spans all aspects of home construction; knowledge he has passed down to his children who are crucial employees of Mundy Residential, LLC. Ross Mundy, Bruce's son, began his construction career in 1999 after graduating from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina with a degree in business. Ross manages all field operations and is on-site for each custom build or remodel. His presence and oversight ensures a smooth and timely build process. Ross keeps each job on schedule and in budget. Handling client relations and contracts is Bruce’s daughter, Anna Mundy Parham. Anna is a 2001 graduate of University of West GA in Carrollton,and she began her career in real estate sales the same year. Anna works with each client to ensure their vision is reflected in the contract. She makes sure that all aspects of the contract are successfully executed during the build. At Mundy Residential we have a true passion for constructing custom homes. It is an honor and a pleasure to create the space where one goes to relax, entertain, and raise a family.
