Rick and his team did an excellent job helping us complete our house design and plans! We had many ideas to include, lots of questions, and redesigns along the way, but Rick always showed patience and humor while moving us along in the process. His ability to remember pictures we liked and to implement these ideas helped result in the perfect plan. With his expertise we ended up with exactly what we wanted! With a very opinionated husband in the building industry and my many folders in Houzz, he made it happen! :)

RIck Reynor did an amazing job in designing our house. He ability to hear what we were looking for and put it all into a house plan was amazing. He not only designed a house that we are thrilled with but did it with our budget in mind. His attention to detail, design and our satisfaction made him great to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to design a house with someone that really cares about the end product and your happiness with it.

Preston Development Company - New House Construction Rick designed a 8,200 sq. ft. house and a 3,200 sq. ft. detached garage for me and construction was completed March of 2014. Total cost exceeded $3m. I was 100% pleased with the Preliminary Design Process, Construction Phase and Rick's continued involvement through out the construction. He came with many new ideas that I had not thought of! Everything flows so well together and I love my new home. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a Home Designer.

My wife and I decided to build our retirement home in the Raleigh NC area - over 500 miles from our current address. Having lived in nine different houses, none of which we designed, our heads full of ideas but were at a loss as to how to convert them to a design. Our builder recommended that we work with Rick Raynor at Design-Tech. We understood why after our first meeting. Rick is a great listener and with never ending patience, thru several iterations, designed a home that exceeded our expectations. His ability to work with us at a distance, challenge us professionally when needed, recommend ideas that we had no concept of and always keep us in control are among his many skills that we valued so much.

Rick, Jason, and all the guys at Design Tech, Inc by Rick Raynor & Associates were fantastic to work with on the design of our home. We had a basic concept and starting point, but they were great about listening to areas where we were struggling to make work or wanted something different to hear our thoughts and offer the perfect solutions. Their flexibility to making multiple little tweaks to get things just right provided comfort in reaching the final design, too. Finally, visually seeing and adjusting graphic mark-ups real-time for solidifying the exterior was an amazing experience that left us feeling comfortable and confident about our final decisions. Would recommend and work with this guys again in a second!!! Lara and Brad

We hired Rick Raynor at Design-tech to help create our custom home design. He has been attentive, professional, thorough, and has given us a plan encompassing everything we asked for in a cost-efficient design.

Ha commentato: What type of siding is used?We used a fiber cement product, sheets o 4'x9' sections and added the 5/4" s 2" battens @ 1"-0" on center.
