We love our new pool! Thank you to Dan, Jeff and the rest of the team for giving us our dream pool. They are easy to work with and we appreciated the follow-up during each phase of construction.

Installing a pool is honestly very tough. It disrupts your life, but if you have the right builder it is so much better. And Premier Pools and Spas was amazing to work with. Start to finish and even afterward they will be there for you to walk you through the process and make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. I highly recommend them, and in particular really enjoyed working with Brenden. They are experienced, Knowledgeable and trustworthy.

We hired Premier Pools and Spas in Carlsbad to build a pool in our backyard in Carlsbad, CA. At first, we were dealing with their young sales engineer, Nicholas, who sold us the pool. Things were going rather smooth, until Aaron Temme and Cindy Lazerson started getting involved and Nicholas eventually left. Cindy and Aaron have been unprofessionally rude to my wife and I from the time they got interfaced with us. Now, that are done with the landscape and we are ready for Premier Pools and Spas to do the plaster of the pool and finish their project, we noticed cracks and water leaks in the retaining wall / back splash of the pool. We raised our concern to Aaron and Cindy and first they tried to ignore us. Finally Aaron showed up and said that everything is OK. As a matter of fact, everything is not OK. We finally had to retain a forensic structural engineer and he confirmed that the retaining wall of the pool needs to be water-proofed sealed from both sides. This issue was brought to their attention from the very beginning and was our concern but Aaron always played it down. We have asked them to do the right thing to fix the structural problem of the pool and waterproof the back of the retaining wall to finish the pool and we can finish our project, but they are not responsive. They are giving us run-around and even ridiculing us (Cindy). We are very disappointed the way they have built the pool and they have treated us. A pool that they told us originally 50,000 and they are charging us over 70,000 is defective and they are not taking care of it.

This was a challenging project involving engineering a pool for the side of a hill. After interviewing 4 different companies I settled on Premier Pools because I felt they understood how to do it, and worked best with me on my vision for what I wanted. Brendan Wolpert was my project manager and overall I have been quite happy with his oversight. This is the 2nd pool I have had built, and no project ever goes exactly as planned. This one ran into it's challenges as well, but the most important thing for me is clear and timely communication of what is happening. Overall, Brendan did a good job of utilizing email, texts, phone, and voice mail to keep me informed of the progress. Patience is not always my best virtue, however, with the project finally completed, I can say that it turned out beautiful, and looks just as the first concept pictures did. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brendan, and Premier Pools for your project.

We were 100% happy with our pool from Premier. Brandon was a pleasure to work with as were all of their team. If we were unhappy with anything, they took care of it. We are so happy with our new pool! Wouldn't change a thing!

I was impressed and got a great feeling about the team at Premier from our first meeting. I met with Nick, the project manager, and said "I want a pool that you are excited to build, and want to show off to other potential clients"... A tall vague request. Never-the-less, I gave some suggestions, and a week later Nick came back with some amazing options for me. Not only were their designs better than others that I got from other builders, but their price was also substantially less ! Not once did I feel pressured to get a lot of things that I didn't need or understand. Nick walked me through each component, and gave me his honest opinion on what he thought was worth the investment and what wasn't. Once they broke ground, Nick stayed in constant communication with me over next steps, permitting, timing and planning. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire team. Kenny, Cindy, Aaron and the entire team came together to keep me informed, educated and comfortable with the entire process. I now have an amazing pool that I'm SUPER happy with, and puts a big smile on my face every time I go for a swim. If you're looking to build your perfect back-yard retreat, this is the team for you.

Premier Pools & Spas was GREAT to work with on our Pool project! From the first appointment to the Pool completion - every step of the way was on-time and on-budget. The individual craftsman were very skilled and did a super job. Tile people were SUPER!! The project and team management was also top quality.
