We have spent tens of thousands of dollars fixing defects left by Pinnacle Custom Builders. I have agonized about writing this review because I take no pleasure in negative messaging, but potential customers need to beware of Pinnacle and Robert Soens. Although Robert appears to be a nice guy, he does not stand by his word or his work, and the quality is worse than poor. We have had to repair roof leaks, foundation issues, poor/sloppy painting and finish, which have cost us tens of thousands of dollars and hours and hours of grief. Most of these issues were evident while we were in the punch list phase and Robert refused to properly correct the defects. Throughout the project, he did not pay subs in a timely manner, and they came complaining to us. This also caused problems with quality and responsiveness.
