Pillar & Peacock

Adrianne recently helped me with a house flip project. It is a mid century modern cottage and I wanted to get the colors, floor surfaces, light fixtures, and kitchen to really stand out. She nailed all of those design elements and when we listed the house we had four offers and the house is now under contract above asking price. I am confident that her design input is what put the house over the top. I will definitely be calling her for help with my next project.

Pillar & Peacock has provided services on two projects in our home. In each case they did an excellent job planning the scope of work, and their selection of furniture, materials and colors was exquisite. We will use them for any future projects in our home.

Pillar and Peacock exceeded our expiation in every way. They were with us from the beginning. Not only did they help with the decorating our house, but they helped design our home. Before getting to work, Brandies spent time getting to know us as a couple. When we took a first-draft of our house plans, she said that it wasn’t a house that fit either of our personality or style. She went to town with a red pencil. The final plans from the draftsman were heavily influenced by her excellent ideas. P&P’s attention to detail was most evident in their interior decorating. She managed to merge each of our individual styles and preferences into a truly unique and personalized home. We have been told that our home is a perfect combination of masculine and the feminine influences.

We purchased a new house and while the structure and architecture was beautiful, it needed a refresh and we wanted it to make it feel like our home. We hired Pillar & Peacock to assist us with how to incorporate our style with the home and give us general direction on "what to do where and when". We could not be more thrilled with how they addressed our needs and walked us through the whole process of really elevating the entire feel of our home. They first helped with selecting new fixtures, hardware, and a paint plan for the entire house before we moved in. Once we got settled, we brought them back in to assist with additional furnishings, optimize the layout and really bring the whole house together. Throughout the project, they remained conscious of our budget and showed extreme patience with us as we stumbled through our first "grown up" design project. We are so grateful to Adrianne, Brandeis, and the whole P&P team for delivering such beautiful, functional and budget-friendly results.
