Phase 2 Architecture & Interiors was established 25 years ago by current owner and architect Jay M. Leistner, AIA. We work with clients along the East coast from Florida to New York. Our mission is to provide excellent, innovative & personalized architectural and interior design services to our clients. By being active listeners and responsive in our process, we strive to work with each individual client in a team approach toward an end result that addresses not only the client's needs and budget, but also enhances their use of the space.

Ambiance Design

I have worked with Phase 2 on many of their client's projects. They are true professionals that handle even the smallest detail. Their high skill level is shown in the finished product. We work with many designers and we are always happy to work with Phase 2 clients because their clients always are excited about the project results.

Every project we’ve worked on with Phase II (is this the third?) has been seamless and a delight. You are some of the most talented people I know. Jim and I, and our entire family, have a real Shore House now. Thank you!
