We recently completed a first floor “refresh” of our home with Ever and his crew, and are so pleased with the results. They tore out our old tile and installed new wood-look tile, widened a standard doorway from 30” to an over five foot cased opening, installed recessed lighting (even though we added that request midway through - Ever was accommodating and made it happen), removed a kitchen bulkhead, repaired endless drywall, installed new baseboards throughout, and painted several rooms. The quality of the work is outstanding. In one particular instance, our damaged drywall had been mudded, sanded, and painted, and the hubby and I were perfectly fine with the result. The following day we noticed fresh mud on the area and asked Ever, who replied that he had run his hand over the area and thought it was too bumpy and wanted to smooth it out a bit more. Overall, we felt like the quality of work he delivered is the same he would put into his own home. Ever also employs people who take pride in their work and are experts at what they do. For the majority of the project we saw the same three workers - Ever, Vladimir, and Rafael. They were all considerate of the fact we were living through the reno with two young kids. I can’t say enough good things about Vladimir’s tile work, Rafael’s painting (it was all done freehand - and every line is perfect!), and Ever’s carpentry. The fact that they were all so pleasant to work with was such a bonus. We have every intention of contacting Ever for any and all renovation work we need in the future.

We recently had our master bath remodeled and we are so pleased with their work. Not only was the price competitive, as an architect Ever brought new ideas to the table that I had not thought of. He's very easy to work with, honest and does lovely work. I highly recommend him and his crew.

Ever painted my carport, replaced porch screens/damaged wood, and installed a new toilet. High quality work at competitive prices. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

We recently had a screened porch built as an addition to our home. Palma’s ANE Consulting handled every step of the process, from designs and engineering, to navigating the complicated permitting and code compliance, to constructing and finalizing the porch. It was so nice to have Ever as our point of contact. He was quick to respond when we had questions and since he was the architect, he could quickly make design alterations without having to consult with another party. He was flexible and agreed to several changes to the design along the way. Overall, we are thrilled with our new porch and the design is completely original and unique. The cost was very competitive with other bids we saw and I’m confident that we’ll get double its value if we ever decide to sell our house. It is really now the centerpiece of our home and we spend most of our time outdoors now with no worries about mosquitoes or tree debris causing an annoyance. We have zero buyers’ remorse and would definitely choose Palma’s ANE Consulting if we could do everything again.

Ever was very helpful in painting my sitting room and dining room. He suggested an interesting 4-color combination that worked very well in the space available. And when one of the colors applied was not to my satisfaction, he was prompt to schedule extra time to change it. My home now looks great and I'm very happy with it.
