Cannot recommend Jake enough. He gutted my downstairs cloakroom and replaced with new suite and radiator. He also replaced all the house radiators with Cast Iron ones. Lovely guy, extremely professional, efficient and thorough. Very very happy customer. Have recommended him to all my family and friends.

I asked Jake back to complete and annual service on our boiler and radiators as he'd done such a good job the previous year installing a brand new boiler and radiators and updating a very old worn out heating system. On both occasions he was reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. For the first job I researched many companies and found several to be misinforming me regarding the work required. A neighbour recommended. JM Lockwood as we had been having trouble finding a reliable plumber. We needed a hand basin to be installed in our bathroom and JM Lockwood provided an excellent and professional service. We also used them for an urgent water heater problem. They always let you know when they are able to attend and turn up on time. Any job is always completed efficiently and effectively with premises left clean and tidy.

Jake and his team are completely reliable, trustworthy and work to the highest standard. Great at communication. Answer queries quickly, advises what will be done and when; fantastic. I have always found quotes/pricing fair. Jake looks after a couple of properties for me, I trust him to hold keys for both, which means myself and my tenants are not inconvenienced in any way. Jake came round to view the job, installing a new boiler as my old one had broken down and was uneconomical to repair. He was quick clean and tidy. I was left with a brand new trouble free boiler supplying plenty of hot water. On receipt of my payment, I was issued with the Gas safety cert. Very happy and would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you, Jake, for a job well done.
