We engaged OTWI for our complete house refurbishment project. The project was managed by Nisha who worked on this project with full dedication and commitment. Her greatest value is to understand the specific needs and lifestyles of the customer and then working with them to provide the desired outcome. For us Nisha managed the entire project i.e. from start to end which involves assisting us in finalizing the internal layout of the house, providing us with proposed final outlook of each room (help us to conceive each room even before the work was started), regularly visiting the property that the work is being done as per the plan in terms of layout, visiting with us to select the kitchen and furniture (she dedicated a lot of time with us to ensure that we reach to the correct decision), providing color scheme for the entire house while providing the complete visual concept, full assistance in sourcing all the second fix of the house (including flooring, paints, bathrooms, furniture, frames, sofas, beds, and mattresses, and equipments), supervising the builders in the finishing stages (that really adds a lot of value in the process as without Nisha help we would not be able to achieve the finish the house to perfection), and working with builders to ensure that desired quality is achieved. She has assisted us in every step of our project and has always made herself available to us during the project. She worked as if is her own project. We have found her to be extremely professional in her approach to the work and she managed the builders also. In the end, we also outsource the supervision of the finishing stage of the house to Nisha which was probably the best decision we took during the process. Her involvement kept the builders in check and ensures that the final room looks exactly as we had conceived at the start of the project. The result of all this effort that we have a beautiful home that looks amazing in terms of aesthetic value and functionality. One of my sons is disabled and Nisha designed his room to perfection, so that room looks big and all his needs are fulfilled. The design has a lot of impact on our lifestyle, the way we enjoy our moments in this beautiful home. We have now re-engaged Nisha to work on our front driveway and back garden, she had provided us with a very detailed briefing on all of our options, really excited to complete the project. I would strongly recommend using OTWI services as the refurbishment project can turn a very bitter experience if not managed properly. Nisha will ensure that your dreams are fulfilled and you live in a place you can proudly call and show to your loved ones as a beautiful home.

Fantastic, down to earth, personal service. Daunted by a little house project but Nisha has given us the confidence to go ahead with the plans and also came up with so many ideas that we never thought of. She thinks of what is needed and how the space is used as well as how it will look.

Nisha is a great interior designer. She has an excellent eye for details, patterns and colour. I love her motto about considering the six senses when designing your home. She really brings unique and colourful pieces together in a polished manner. Which you can see from the photo. Off_the_wall_interiors are very professional and organised to every detail.
