OGC Construction: Travis Chase and his assistant Noah are absolutely amazing on their ability to deliver the highest quality when building our extended bathroom 11x16. I hired O.G.C. for a bathroom remodel and other odds and ends to prepare my home for future sale. This project included taking out an old cast iron tub, installing a new tub, subway tile surround and tile flooring. Travis did a quality job for a very fair price, within the time frame he estimated. The bathroom turned out beautifully! He communicated with me throughout the entire process so there were no surprises. He and his brother Trevor were easy to work with, professional and paid attention to details. As with old houses, there were some quirks that came up and Travis has the skills and knowledge to come up with creative solutions. I would definitely hire him again.

Travis does great work! =) He posted my images on here. ;-) He replaced our roof with grey flat shingles (no tabs) & our white porch roof (as shown in his images.) He's nice, easy to work with, accommodating for our crazy schedule, works together with you to help save you $! He was the best bid (out of 3 contractors) on both the projects. ;-) He's just getting really busy. Which is good for him. That's why I scheduled mine a couple months in advance. :P Thanks, *Jen*

Used OGC for two projects. Rebuilding a front porch (beams, posts stairs) and a bathroom remodel. In both cases I was super impressed with the value and quality of the work. Travis and Trevor (Bothers) were prompt and responsive to the scope of work that I tasked them to do. No surprises and the cost of the project were very reasonable including add-ons that naturally come with any project. I highly recommend them and will use them into the future.

OGC really hit all the marks when it comes to the qualities one would seek in a General Contractor. OGC responded to our request for assistance in a very timely manner with a comprehensive, well priced quote. Though subcontractors may be needed for certain jobs, it is imperative that the GC understand how to do the job themselves. With over 20 years of experience from owner Travis Chase, OGC really took responsibility, ensured tasks were completed on time and both he and brother Trevor, held every item on the list to the highest level of quality. OGC listened and met us where our wants were parallel with what was possible. Yes, sometimes we homeowners want things done that are structurally impossible or cost-prohibitive but every step was talked through and agreed upon before work commenced. OGC did precisely what they said they would. Issues or concerns were communicated thoroughly and rectified quickly. In addition, the team was flexible and did a fantastic job of keeping the work site organized and disposing of trash properly, which was immensely appreciated by our family as the job revolved around our daily life with 2 kids and a cat. If you are looking for a general contractor in the Greater Olympia area, I highly recommend the ‘OG’s’ at OGC!
