nuLOOM

I had a wonderful experience in consolation with nuLOOM, but there were certainly a few minor issues at the start of this project. Let's start with the challenges. First and foremost, selecting online products based on aesthetic and texture always present their own sorts of difficulties. nuLOOM was no exception in this regard. As a Rugs Professional they worked to provide the best experience in selecting an assortment of Rugs at reasonable price ranges for my project in question; however, in the beginning I was getting mixed information from a number of representatives. It seemed to me that their knowledge was limited from a position, but I was assigned a specialist that would reach out with 2-3 business days. This didn't last long, as my requests were escalated and promptly taken care of with swift action and recourse the following day. Without going into the specifics of my associated project, the nuLOOM Specialist was able to properly demonstrate a broad knowledge of their vast product line, whilst managing to suggest/adjust the proper Rug Styles and Materials based on my requests. I will certainly be using nuLOOM for future projects, given my positive experience working with them. Though I have noticed some reviews on product quality, I took the time to review these concerns with their Service Team and was given wonderful advice and suggestions on both selecting particular rugs and for proper treatment ensuring their longest suggested use. As is the case, given the exceptional service and savings with nuLOOM, I was pleased with the purchased products, but most importantly have had no long-term complaints since from the contract holders via the project I took, aside from general treatment of the rugs( to which nuLOOM easily provided me with).

I was so excited to receive this area rug because it had the "boho chic" look I was going for in my bedroom. While the carpet arrived in a timely manner, the colors were a little darker than shown on the website, however I was still happy with the overall look. Things took a turn for the worse about a month after purchasing the rug, I noticed that the fringe began to fall off ( I should note that I was in between two rugs that looks very familiar but chose this one instead because of the fringe). Then, about two months later, the sides of the carpet began to fray. I am really upset with the quality of the rug. While it is beautiful....I highly do not recommend you purchase this item. Rugs exactly as pictured. Seem to be great quality. Packaged well, and arrived with no damage. Super fast shipping! Arrived 3 days ahead of earliest estimated time. I purchased 4 and may order a 5th!

I received my rug in a few days and it was beautiful. Same as the picture and a great size.

I ordered a rug from NuLoom. After 6 weeks, they shipped the wrong rug, wrong size, wrong color, wrong style. Two days spend leaving messages. No human contact, no return call. Stay away from these people.
