Noelia is talented and driven. Unfortunately, during our refresh project, NSD began to unravel. NSD put all of its eggs into one "contractor basket" and the contractor failed to perform. He wouldn't answer Noelia's calls, texts, emails. NSD showed no ability to keep her client (us) out of the middle. We were smack in the middle and our refresh project (condo) suffered dearly. The poorly designed and poorly executed installation of custom cabinetry came with a cost prohibitive price tag and cabinets doors that banged into each other. A custom entertainment wall unit was delivered, inspected by Noelia and accepted while showing significant workmanship issues. We insisted all the missteps be resolved; it was like pulling teeth to get NSD to make it right. Our project had a well-discussed budget before we signed the contract. If your project is without a budget, you will have a far better experience than we did. There were other people associated with our project who presented as NSD and who separated from NSD. The collateral damage prevents us from giving a higher rating.

We have worked with Noelia Surace Design for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with any part of her work. From the initial design, purchasing furniture, working with the contractor and finally completion of the projects, we were alway pleased and done within the timeframe told to us. We have trusted this firm with numerous projects and have spent more than I would want to reveal and have always been extremely pleased with the results.If and when we are ready for our next project, she is certainly the one we would call.

Noelia is an amazing and talented designer who is easy to work with and makes the process fun and seamless. She has done an incredible job designing our house giving it that WOW factor!
