Michael designed and installed our kitchen a few years ago and we have been delighted with the look and functionality, receiving many admirations from friends and family. We recently discovered a blip with one of the doors. Michael went far above what we would expect for a resolution and we are really pleased with the outcome. Michael obviously takes pride in his work, to ensure customers are happy. Thank you.

From our first meeting with Michael we felt we were in completely safe hands. We had some ideas about what we wanted in our new kitchen and Michael was able to talk us through what would work and what might not. He really took on board the things that were important to us and came up with a great design. We chose to buy everything through Northpoint and this meant that everything including appliances, worktops and splash backs were sourced and organised by Michael. His attention to detail was exceptional and the quality of the kitchen units is excellent. Tomasz the fitter and Matt the painter did a fantastic job. We are absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our perfect new kitchen and cannot recommend Michael and the Northpoint team highly enough.

We received expert design advice and excellent customer service for our Schuller Kitchen. Michael was able to find a solution to fit our budget which brought together standard elements and bespoke joinery. We are particularly happy with Michael's attention to detail and commitment to ensure we were satisfied with our kitchen design and implementation.

Northpoint was recommended to us by a friend and Michael delivered! At the start of the process Michael took the time to listen and understand what we wanted before giving us a comprehensive overview of the (many) options available to us. Michael provided a number of great suggestions that we incorporated into the final design and was only too happy to accommodate further tweaks and site visits when required. Installation went smoothly and we are extremely pleased with the end result!

We recently had an extension built and Michael designed our new kitchen and redesigned our utility room to maximise the space. He listened to our requirements and never minded how many questions we had and was quick to respond. He recommended appliances as well and everyone he introduced us too including the fitter and painter were excellent. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Northpoint and Michael.

Northpoint designed and installed our new kitchen approx. 3 years ago and we were very happy with the end result. Recently we had a problem with one of the base units and Michael arranged for one of their fitters to attend immediately and resolve the issue. When I asked for an invoice I was told that the work was free of charge. This excellent customer service and I would recommend Northpoint to anyone.

I have been refurbishing property in London for 18 years, I have used various companies, my usual Kitchen fitter let me down at the last minute, Northpoint jumped in and fitted me in before Christmas despite their tight schedule. We have worked with Northpoint for many years and have always found them to be extremely professional with attention to detail being fantastic. Could not recommend them enough. Michael has taken over from Mark and has proven to be just as good a designer. His experience in kitchen design is very good indeed. We have mainly used them for their custom made kitchens, which can be made to any size restrictions you may have. They are currently doing a great job on a project in Chiswick.
