Our goal is to take what inspires you and breathe it into your home with a tasteful layout, color palette, furniture, lighting, decor and exquisite details to create an atmosphere that you love. Whether it’s a simple restyle or a more substantial remodel, our goal is to take your vision and bring it to life. The Niche team is a collective of experienced designers/decorators who have a passion for transforming living, work and event spaces. With taste that is modern but infused with a worldly aesthetic, we create warm, beautiful spaces that inspire. We listen to our clients and observe how they use their homes. Interiors by Niche reflect a simple sophistication while focusing on a home’s comfort and livability. Our services include interior design and renovation project management for residential, investment and vacation rental properties.

Nicole and Michelle did an amazing job getting my home ready for sale. Everyone who saw the house loved it and I was able to get an offer of $100k over the listing price and broke a record in my neighborhood for price per square foot. Many thanks to these ladies for making my home look so stylish!

Nicole and Michelle are amazing at what they create. Not only did they stage/ style our home in a warm and welcoming manner, they provide input on our last detail for our renovation. Buy giving us sources on light fixtures and helping me finalize my decision on my backsplash. We have a Spanish style home and I was worried that a staged would put heavy furnishings to style the home, this home really wants to let the natural light to be the star and I feel that Nicole and Michelle saw to it create that airy relax environment with wonderful individual details to not have it feel cookie cutter. I would recommend and work with them again for either staging or styling needs.

I couldn’t be happier with the work of Niche home styling. Not only is their furniture and art stylish, clean and tasteful, the way they arranged it made it feel like it’s meant to be there. It created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere without ever looking staged. This is so key because to me the furniture in most homes on the market just looks cheesy and staged and lack any sense of soul. Not in their case! They know how to transform any space and turn a house into a home with an inviting, relaxing, casual-chic atmosphere where you want to just bring your suitcase and stay put. I couldn’t be happier and my agent also agreed that they’re their favorite stagers.

Nicole and Michelle were patient, professional, kind and really listened to us, which made such a difference. They have the perfect combination of complete confidence in their choices but also were genuinely collaborative with us and listened to our requests before delivering exactly what we discussed and so much more. They somehow mixed beautiful one of a kind pieces with a modern and colorful style that was just perfect for the house. Real estate agents, brokers, and buyers constantly commented on what a wonderful staging job it was and it fit perfectly with what we were looking for. We will definitely use them again.

Absolutely great work done by NICHE! They transformed an adorable cottage into an elegant home. I had a certain budget and they came in right where it needed to be. They were on time, worked around the clock day and night until they were finished. Very impressive! As the home is quite small, it was very important to create a look that would take away from that aspect. They infused fabulous furniture and accents, making for an incredible flow throughout the home. They showed potential buyers how using the right pieces could make it feel spacious and so inviting.
