Dear Neighbors and Friends, It is with great pleasure that my husband and I write this review for Newport Homebuilders! We have loved our home in Bellaire Division of Lantana since we moved here 5 years ago. We needed to make a change to our backyard pergola, as it was annoying during rainstorms and was failing as a cover. We also decided to add an outside bathroom. We contacted Newport Homebuilders and met with President, Kent (Sensitive Information Hidden). He presented plans for an outside permanent structure and outside bathroom. His son supervised the daily progress of our project and his care and workmanship were amazing. We have all had the dismay of working with contractors and it can be tortuous! Not this Group! They were informative, professional and treated our backyard as their own. They ALWAYS kept us informed of what was going to be done, day-to-day, and always just a phone call away. This builder is great to work with and we highly recommend them for any renovation, remodel or building a new home! They have built many homes in the Lantana Area. Sincerely, Ian & Bonnie

As my husband and I approached a new chapter in our lives and our "nest was empty" we weren't sure where we would "land". The upgrades and high quality, that are considered standard to Newport, immediately caught our attention. As a real estate professional, the bar is high and Newport Homes has exceeded expectations to date. Newport Homes provides an intimate client-builder relationship that has been a pleasure to work with. In addition the attention to detail and the opportunity to customize some options won us over! Our homebuilder was very experienced and well liked by the homeowners whom he had worked with. He brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to make building a home much easier. They were very good about following up on concerns and issues which arose during the build process, even continuing after the completion of the build.

When I first walked into Newport's model home in Lantana - Bellaire I thought to myself "this is exactly my dream home." On close observation, I discovered that Newport Homebuilders' attention to detail was as strict as my own, and in addition, they thought of more things than I would have. We lived out of state, but there was no confilict since we discussed the progress of our home on a weekly basis. The employees at Newport are kind and generous and were readily available to meet with us on a monthly basis to approve the next phase of the building process. Our experience with Newport was fantastic and you could not be in better hands to have them build your home.

We love the quality and design of Newport's homes. Our house is still under construction, but Kent and his team are AWESOME to work with - very collaborative, open to customer feedback during the process, and above all absolutely committed to homeowner satisfaction. We are confidnet that we've made the right decision to work with Newport and are looking forward to enjoying our dream home. Update We've been in our home since September and couldn't be happier. Very pleased with the quality as well as Kent, Trevor, and their team for the responsive and thorough follow up to minor issues after moving in.

Newport Builders did an excellent job listening to our needs and wants while designing and building our home. The experience was very consumer friendly with each phase of the build process. The entire group from sales to design to construction were very communicative and proactive in sharing information. We are extremely happy with our new home!

I was looking for a custom home builder and met with Newport. They worked with me from the beginning to the end. My home is completely custom and built to my exact specifications. This was my first time building a home from the ground up and the process was seemless. The owner and staff were competent, respectful, and considerate. We had Newport build our new home. John was our sales person and main contact. Very professional, responsive and helpful. The house came out nicer than we had imagined, and any issues that came up during the process were resolved quickly.

Newport built our home 6 years ago and it was a ideal experience, the entire process was smooth and efficient for us. We were initially attracted to the high quality of the Newport product and felt it was just better built than the others. I'm happy to report that the home has held up great ever since we moved in, very few minor repairs have been required, and absolutely no structural or other "falling apart" type surprises due to poor craftsmanship or taking short cuts during construction. We would highly recommend this builder, we've loved our home.
