I have used Millenium construction for the past 12 years. They remodeled my pool, new concrete, new, Fencing, and patio cover and barbecue area. Eddie was fantastic, showing me different variations of what I could do to the backyard. His crew was phenomenal! They were always on time. They were polite and courteous. They cleaned up every night! Two years ago, I called on Eddie again to replace all the windows in my house, paint the inside and outside of my house, completely remodeled my front yard, and put pavers in the driveway and walkway. Again the crew was amazing. My next project is to remodel my three bathrooms. I know I will only have to make one phone call to have the work done efficiently. In today’s world, finding a reliable and honest construction company is hard to come by. Millenium construction was my perfect fit.

There are so many things to consider, when deciding who to hire to remodel your home, choosing the right contractor was top in our list. After meeting with Eddie and his team, we were 100% confident that we made the right choice with Millennium Construction. Aside from the teams professionalism, they were able to bring my dreams to reality. Eddie has many years of experience and with that comes invaluable knowledge. He had solutions for every detail and has a keen sense for design. We absolutely love our new kitchen, our new floor, dry bar, lighting fixtures, every detail was left unturned, and I’m so happy with the final result! Thank you Millennium Construction!!!

We hired Millennium Construction to remodel our pool and yard. They were here every day to work on the pool and it was a lot of work. They took an outdated pool from the 70's and updated it to a glamorous pool for now. When they were done with the pool, they planted the most beautiful landscape and turned our outdated yard to a stunning area with lots of hummingbirds and nice thick beautiful grass that is dog resistant. They installed pavers from the front sidewalk to the area around the pool and created a patio area. When they were done with that they put in a concrete wall and covered it with matching stones to the pool and made a custom gate. We are so satisfied working with Eddie Guerrera, he was here all the time making sure everything was done right. I will gladly hire Millennium next time we need anything done. It is now the most beautiful house on the block and I love driving down the street just to look at it.

Millennium was fantastic from design to construction to follow through after project completion. Eddie and his team came up with the best design for our backyard out of all the contractors that we interviewed. It checked off everything on our list and made the most out of our backyard. However, what really sold us on Millennium is that it was evident how much Eddie truly cares about each project. We tweaked the original design slightly and Eddie was a great collaborator. His team really knows what they are doing. We liked that the only aspects of the project he subbed out were the pool plaster/pebbletec and the canvas sails over the patio. Tracy was great with the landscaping and plant selection too. It’s now a year after project completion and we absolutely love our pool/spa, outdoor kitchen and dining, and hang out areas. The landscaping is beautiful and the functionality is better than we even envisioned. Everyone who sees it for the first time comments on how much we packed into our space without it feeling crowded or overdone. Thank you!

We are in the process of having our outdoor living room constructed by Millennium Construction We are so pleased with the progress and the work that has been done. Despite the weather problems, they found other ways around it to allow their workers to continue to work on a daily basis. Eddie has been great to work with and very accommodating to us. They are very professional and respond quickly to our needs.

Eddie and his team completely revamped our backyard in Costa Mesa. From demolition, to building back up (pool, retaining walls, pool/spa, landscaping...) everything was great. The project came out on budget and per the initial design. We really enjoyed working with Millennium! We highly recommend them!

After receiving 5 bids to remodel our backyard we decided on Eddie Guerrero from Millennium Construction, Buildingdreamsoc.com. Their design team captured our dream and made it possible. The workers were respectful, cleaned up the job site every evening and did an excellent job. We ran into a few hiccups here and there but worked through the issues and we have a beautiful backyard and our friends, neighbors and family love coming to our home. I am happy to refer the Millennium Team.

I've used Millennium for both landscape and internal jobs for two different houses. Jobs are done on time and within budget, with a high quality of construction. If anything isn't done exactly the way you want, it's fixed immediately. I've always found the job site to be clean and all employees to be very professional and high caliber. The design process is very thorough and they really do care that the end result is what you're looking for.
