MK Development is a full-service general contractor providing design and construction services for residential clients. We strive to create long-term relationships with our clients by delivering quality, sustainable, and efficient solutions to every project. MK Development was formed in 2005 as a real estate development and investment company. Since then our focus has evolved to something we really enjoy doing: providing turn-key commercial and residential building projects that our clients love. On all of our residential and commercial projects, MK applies our unique life-cycle integrated project team approach which avoids the pitfalls often encountered on construction projects. If our own staff can't do it, we find and manage great subcontractors who can. MK assembles and manages the right team for each project and serves as the single point of accountability for homeowners or commercial clients from initial planning to the day we turn over the keys.

We contracted with MK Development to design/build our new custom home. They listened and followed through with amazing results. It was a partnership and not a traditional builder/client relationship. The details and quality was unsurpassed on our home.
