Midtown Custom Homes is an award-winning local custom home builder in the Raleigh, NC area. We are passionate about helping our clients select a design and build a custom home that fits their family and their lifestyle. Our Project Manager/General Contractor, Travis Lam, has overseen the building of over 80 custom homes in the past 12 years. He is on-site daily and oversees all contractors, ordering and delivering materials, as well as coordinating all schedules to be sure the homes are completed and ready for our clients in a timely manner. Our team will keep your project moving forward with scheduled appointments for selections and guidance on color and style when desired. Laura Siegmund is our designer and makes all the selections for the homes as well as being responsible for marketing and client relations. Laura brings 13 years of experience in sales, marketing and advertising, 10 years in custom home building and real estate and also has a background in time management.

Midtown Custom Homes built our home like it was their own. From the very beginning they worked with us on every point. Their expertise and knowledge were incredible. We cannot even begin to put in words how much we love our new new home. As in any build things come up and do not go as planned but we never felt that. They communicated and worked diligently every step of the way without sacrificing quality. I would recommend Midtown Custom Homes to any one that is looking to build or do renovations. We did not expect to have such an amazing experience.

I don't even know where to start with how incredibly happy we are with our experience! The team at Midtown Custom Homes were so professional and easy to work with. I am amazed at how well they nailed our style - which I thought was quite the mix - but somehow they pulled it off perfectly. They have truly helped us to create a home that's balanced with great design and engineering. They partnered with us throughout the process and the build quality, focus to details and quick turnaround on changes and fixes were truly outstanding. We really do love coming home everyday and are thankful to have had a solid partnership from Midtown Custom homes.

Travis and Laura were amazing to work with on the complete construction of our home from foundation to mailbox! They listened carefully and met with us to make our vision a reality on schedule. They personally were available to answer questions throughout the project and after the closing. Highest quality workmanship, advice, and hand-holding. Highly recommend!
