Michael John was exceptional . He was very prompt in returning calls and e-mails. I requested a "speed order" on a sofa, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. He had wonderful suggestions for paint and fabric; I have had many compliments .

It was such a joy working with MJ from Collaborative Design on our new. Condo! His attention to design along with our desires and style was much appreciated and his ability to incorporate some of the pieces we already owned with new and exciting ones was amazing. He was always available to answer any question no matter how simple or complex. Job well done MJ!

Michael has had a hand in helping uw to improve our living space for a very long time. The latest was to pick out new carpeting to enhance our living room's existing furniture and decor. What a wonderful job he did helping us to pick just the right color and texture. It is one thing to re-do a whole room and find things to match, but we think it is more difficult to find the one thing that will bring an existing room to life again, and Michael managed to do that for us!

MJ provided thoughtful care in helping us articulate our vision. Our project included a small remodel as well as the furniture to fill our house. MJ exveeded our expectations, finding unique pieces to create a timeless, gorgeous setting that is anything but cookie-cutter. He helped make our house a home and was a breath-of-fresh-air to work with.

My husband and I purchased our first home and Michael has been one of the best helpers from the very beginning! He has been more than willing to travel to Madison or meet with us last minute at his office to help us problem solve with design, offer feedback and give us recommendations. For example, he helped select the paint colors in our home and I cannot tell you how many people have complimented our paint color choices! Michael is an expert at design and at the same time listens and honors the vision my husband and I have for our home. He is personable, reliable, gives great recommendations and makes design and remodeling a fun process that's meant to be enjoyed. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Recently my husband and I remodeled the lower level of our house. We spent months looking for furniture and to pick a color scheme for this new space. We had worked with Michael previously on the color scheme of our new house and on furnishing our living room. He had done such a nice job that we decided to reach out to him for help with furnishing and decorating our new basement and, once again, he did not disappoint. What took us months, only took Michael a few visits to complete. We highly recommend Michael for any of your furnishing and decorating needs.

After interviewing three different designers it was a easy decision to choose Michael. He was super sweet to work with and fantastic to bounce ideas off of. He had many wonderful ideas but always took into consideration our needs.

We have been working with Michael for over 10 years on interior design, colors, furniture and flooring choices. We followed him when he moved from his former employer to Collaborative Designs. He brings great ideas to the table but respectfully adjusts when we may not agree with his first choice. Over the years, he has grown to understand our style and likings. We recently remodeled our basement and spent six months attempting to furnish and decorate it by ourselves. We finally succumbed and said, "Let's call Michael." We now have a fully furnished basement with a new area rug and a completed bar area. We would highly recommend working with him.

It is our sincere pleasure to offer this review of our favorite designer Michael John Weber. MJ has helped us out previously with decorating assistance in our great room, dining room, & foyer with furniture, carpeting, lighting, along with paint & wallpaper suggestions for our entire house. His work transformed our home into a beautiful yet comfortable show piece. We recently contacted MJ to help us in our next project of a kitchen update and powder room remodel. Michael John patiently provided us flooring options from wood to porcelain, lighting, appliance resources, paint & wallpaper, and plumbing fixtures. We placed our confidence in MJ’s suggestions and advice and the construction expertise from Collaborative Design and our project turned out in spectacular fashion!
