We interviewed several builders prior to choosing McCoy Homes. What sold us in the beginning held true throughout the entire process! Billy and his team had excellent communication - he ALWAYS responded no matter the situation or time of day. McCoy and his team were top notch professionals throughout the design and build our home. Every item on our punch list was fixed BEFORE we closed on the home, how amazing is that??!! We enjoy sharing our positive feedback with anyone we meet that may be getting ready to build their forever home. We love every detail of our home and could not be more satisfied with our choice of McCoy Homes!!

We built a home with McCoy Homes which we closed on January 31 of this year. This was our 3rd build and by far, the best experience we've had. Billy, Connie and Ashley (lead designer) were incredibly engaged and accessible from the time we first contacted them with just a potential to build. The process that McCoy utilizes to move their customers from contracting to designing to building to closing was very efficient and buyer friendly. I would do it all over again!

If you are looking for someone that you can trust, Billy McCoy and McCoy Homes, Inc. is your builder. I have never met anyone that listens to understand all of your needs and follows through with everything promised. I never have to ask twice and I didn't even know Billy. After meeting him in one day, did I not only sign a contract but I trusted that he would be a man of his word and build my house with me living over 350 miles away. Not being able to oversee the work, I was a bit nervous, but Billy and his team put my mind at ease and kept me posted on every step of the way. If there was a problem, they quickly made the correction. Billy was open to my early morning or late night texts and got right back with me in seconds. If I had a concern, he always was there to listen. He trusted me as much as I trusted him. I would now consider his entire team my friends. I hope that I never have to leave Chattanooga but if I did, I would hire Billy no matter where I landed. McCoy homes are beautiful and they always have the clients best interest. It's never about Billy, it's about his customers and he lets you know that he completely leaves his ego at the door. What a great home, what a great feeling, what a great BUILDER. I cannot wait to begin to finish my basement and work with Billy and his team once again. Highly recommend. A man of his word.

I have been in business since October of 2008 and around construction since 1976. I have done McCoy Homes Inc HVAC needs since 2008. And I can say without a doubt they really do care about customers and contractors. I really can recommend them for any size project.

We interviewed several builders before making our decision to use McCoy Homes to build our new home. We had no idea how easy the McCoy team made the process. It was like we were almost the only ones building a home with them by the way the designers treated us, listened to our concerns, then Billy would take the time to make sure he fully understood what we needed and expected. I would recommend McCoy Homes to anyone I know who is thinking about building in our area.

Communication is excellent! Designer is fabulous, professional, and thorough. When I tell people we are building a house, most people tell me they are sorry for me because house building can be such a headache. Let me just say that I am so happy with this build and wouldn't hesitate to do it all again. Pick McCoy Homes, you will not be disappointed! Billy will shoot you straight from the hip and he is up front and honest!

If we got this question once, my husband and I got it a hundred times..."Why would you ever want to build a house? What a headache!". And our response each time has been, not if you let Billy McCoy at McCoy Homes build it for you. What an AMAZING experience it was! Billy and his team made us feel like family - that's how much they cared about every detail of the planning and building process. Billy was straight up, providing recommendations and even telling us what we shouldn't do and why. I loved that about him. Building a house is a big investment and his honesty, integrity and genuine concern with delivering a quality product was important to us. Every day I thank God for our beautiful home. It has brought us so much joy. Billy totally exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Billy and McCoy Homes to anyone interested in a new house or a remodel. We enjoyed the building experience so much that we recommended McCoy Homes to our son and daughter in law, who also had Billy build their house last year. Go ahead, give Billy a call today. Billy Mcoy and his team built a custom home for my husband and I this year. This was our first time in building a home and were unsure of what we needed to do. Billy built us a perfect home and make the experience wonderful. He is honest, professional and has the best interest of his clients at heart. Awesome team to work wth. Great communication and always open and willing to listen to your concerns and needs. Not every answer was "yes" but every question was answered and we were satisfied. We have recommended several of our friends to use McCoy Homes to build their new homes, and will continue to do so. You know the project went well when everyone is still friendly and helpful long after the sale has been completed. Great team and great builder.
