Melinda provided excellent service to my clients & me. She met with them at their property 900 Warm Sands SE. Advised them of what to keep & what to pack away. She then came back after other repairs, fresh paint, etc & the staged it for us. I had pictures taken on Monday of Thanksgiving week. I put it into MLS active on Tuesday am. We received an offer Friday evening which the sellers accepted & we are on our way to a successful closing in January. Thank you Melinda!!!

Melinda did a great job working/brainstorming with the seller on staging the home. The work was professional. Furniture was tasteful vs just filling space as you can sometimes find in a staged home. It felt real. Houses are built but homes are purchased. She helped flavor the property so that it was homey and handsome. Job well done. Last two homes I sold in the area were under contract in less than 10 days, one before that in less than 20 days. All were owner occupied and nicely decorated. This home was a rental. Well with Melinda's services and a cooperative and open minded seller the home was staged... and put under contract in less than 3 days.
