Insignia Homes completed our project in July of 2023. We have serious structural issues with our house. The builder has been informed of the issues and have decided to not stand behind their work. I’d love to invite anyone over to see their quality of work first hand. We did a lot of research on picking a builder that embodied truth and honestly. Sadly, we didn’t make the right choice with Insignia Homes. We now need to move out of our dream home so another contractor can make the major repairs so our home is habitable. They took our dream of building our forever house and turned it into our worst nightmare.

Insignia Homes exceeded our expectations. The quality of the workmanship is incredible and their attention to detail is evident in the finished product. Insignia built our lake house and kept us informed and included at every step of the process despite us living 800 miles away. They were extremely helpful in guiding us through decisions that were required along the way. Also worth noting is that they finished on time and on budget and the people at Insignia are wonderful. We are thrilled and highly recommend them.

Insignia Homes was the right choice for us! Everyone who worked on our new home was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. When our projected costs were over our budget, Insignia worked with us to find manageable solutions. Our final cost was very close to what was estimated. In addition, our home was completed right when it was scheduled to be. The quality of the work is exceptional! If we ever decide to build again, Insignia would be our choice.

We first built our home with Insignia Homes in 2004. We then had them remodel a lake home in 2007 and finish our basement in 2013. Through the years, they have shown time and time again integrity and beautiful craftsmanship. They're a great team all around. I would highly recommend them over and over again.

We used Insignia to build our home that was completed in May of 2014. We feel the quality & craftsmanship of our home is very high. We felt they listened to our needs & built an amazing home that is perfect for our family. They also partnered with excellent tradesmen- interior designer, archirect, landscaper, that really made whole project come together seamlessly. We are very happy with our new home!

We have have worked with Insignia on two significant projects. They completed a total remodel or our cottage in Pentwater MI three years ago. Also, they just finished a major remodel of our 101 year old home in East Grand Rapids MI. They are extremely professional and take muich pride in their craftsmanship. Insignia Homes just completed a full "down to the studs" renovation of our home in Holland, MI. We are totally thrilled with the very high quality of their work. We have had many people visit who have commented on the craftsmanship. Additionally, their customer service was and continues to be impeccable. Our project manager gave us full attention through the whole process and always reacted immediately to any issue that came up. We were also very impressed with their chosen vendors who were all very professional and very skilled. We LOVE our new home and TOTALLY recommend Insignia Homes to anyone.

Insignia Homes remodeled our previous home and then built our current home. Insignia Homes built us a beautiful home with all the attention to detail that we requested. One way they accomplished this is by their weekly construction meetings. We would meet with architect, designer, builder and sub contractors as projects approached to ensure our vision matched their understanding and designs. Meeting on a weekly basis allowed us all to fine tune the details leading to an outstanding home.

Insignia coordinated an old home tear down and new home building project. Expectations and requirements were well defined up front. Weekly update meetings were held to insure design integrity and cost expectations. Our project manager was with us each step. Each subcontractor was excellent in their field of expertise. We finished the project on time and in budget. The result was a beautiful home that integrated well with the neighborhood and exceeded our expectations in quality and workmanship. We strongly recommend the Insignia team for any renovation or custom home. We love our home!
