Appalachian Amish

Who We Are Our company is a joint logging and timber supply venture between our family and an old order Amish family. We live in a farming and logging community in the rolling foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Southwestern NY. Our family has been located here and engaged in logging and farming since the 1860's. The Amish family has been farmers and sawmillers for generations. We first met this Amish family a number of years ago when we needed some logs custom sawn. To make a long story short, our families became fast friends and we now work together on a daily basis. How it Works We supply the Amish mill with the logs and they turn them into a diverse array of products which we, in turn, help to market and deliver. We do have some items in stock, but because of the nature of our products, much of what we do is custom ordered and will require some lead time to provide.
