Leslie has worked with me over the past 18 years on 6 projects. Her impeccable eye for design is her true gift. Unlike other designers who tell you what you must have, Leslie listens and collaborates to create a fantastic feel, look and style that is second to none. The way she creates with visual beauty and dimensions allows her to maximize the space and truly bring flow and amazement to the project.

After living in the western US for 25 years my wife, Nancy and I decided to return to our roots and resettle in New England. We purchased a neo-colonial home in New Boston, NH in which we had fallen in love. We had a major challenge though. We had decided to re-furnish in a fashion that suited the house and our tastes and also to integrate 25 years of collecting southwestern art. Leslie Rifkin was recommended by our real estate agent. Her ability to understand us, our needs and fulfill our desires was nothing short of amazing. She brilliantly guided us to make excellent choices that have resulted in a beautiful and comfortable living space. Both our dining room and living room are vibrant, unique spaces that both reflect our tastes and fit perfectly into the architecture of our home. We highly recommend this highly talented designer who is also a delight to work with.

We cannot imagine a better designer. Early in the process, Leslie helped us define the vision and executed that vision every step of the way. We quickly came to appreciate her dedication and sense of responsibility. She is an absolute professional and a joy to work with. Our home now exceeds our expectations and we could not be more proud to share it with friends and family.

It was my pleasure to assist the Dixon's through the Design process, although sometimes daunting to the homeowner I try very hard to make their lifestyle my lead to get the final results. I cannot say enough of how absolutely wonderful this family has been to work with ! they have been simply the BEST.

Leslie Rifkin designed our new kitchen this winter. Our kitchen was 25 years old and needed a complete remodel as well as new flooring. We knew we wanted a modern kitchen but were very overwhelmed by all the decisions that had to be made. Leslie made it easy and relieved us of our stress. She brought our ideas to life and, in the end, gave us exactly what we wanted. She considered the style of our home in her design plan and she helped us select everything we needed. We were uncertain about some of her suggestions but loved every one of them. She also responded right away when we contacted her. She was always available for shopping trips. New furniture and a bathroom is next. We have the utmost confidence in Leslie and know that whatever we want to create, she will help us to achieve it.

We have had the honor to work with Leslie Rifkin on multiple small and large renovations over a 20 year span. She simply is amazing and a creative genius. Working with Leslie was a seemless experience. She is an "expert" at her craft. What separates her from other designers is she has the ability to create a vision. It is not about one element but how it all comes together. She first was recommended to us through friends back 20 years ago. We had just bought a new house and she created a palace for us! She is so knowledgable and the results were beyond our expectations. She was the first person I called when I wanted to bring my home into the 2015th century. She is respectful of staying within my budget but still creating the "wow factor". She has great communicative skills and is always accessible. I can't think of anyone I would put at the design helm.

I highly recommend Leslie Rifkin as a design professional. She has assisted my family with a very large renovation and has been extraordinarily helpful in selecting everything from carpeting, flooring and tile to kitchen and bath fixtures, paint and stain colors, and of course furniture, lighting, rugs, art and other decorative elements. Everything!!! She truly has a gift for making it all come together...and making an overwhelming project seem not so overwhelming. She is talented and creative but, importantly, is a great listener and works to incorporate all ideas and desires the homeowner brings to the table so the home truly feels like yours, not hers. She has an excellent work ethic and does what she says she is going to do - in a timely manner (which is a very different experience than I have had with past designers). She brings experience, extensive resources, a sense of humor, and a keen eye and sense of style to her work. She is a terrific partner with whom to work and I recommend her.

I have hired Leslie for three projects: Interior design of a newly built 3-season porch, design and décor of a master bath/walk-in closet, powder/laundry room and kitchen pantry renovation and re-decorating our family room. On all three occasions, she worked within our budget, allotted plenty of time for shopping and decision making and was flexible with changes as we got into the process. Her contacts were useful and her insight was a valuable part of the process.

My husband and I have worked with designer Leslie Rifkin of L. Newman associates. We first hired her in 2011 when we were doing a large remodel to our kitchen and home entry because she had come highly recommended through friends and our builder. We have since engaged her for several other projects including design work with our living room, bathroom, guest room and finished basement rooms. Leslie's professional eye has made our home living spaces absolutely beautiful. Her design knowledge is extensive, and she is quickly able to provide suggestions that fit with my family's tastes and lifestyle. When we work with Leslie, my husband and I know that her involvement with us is beyond just meeting our design needs; she has formed a great relationship with us, and we know that is a priority for her. We are so happy with the outcomes of all of the work she has done for us that she will be our designer for all future projects!
