Experience, knowledge and integrity define our experience with LCM Construction. Their budgeting software accurately communicated necessary funding based on experience, overcoming horrible draft drawings we brought to the project, knowledge of governmental regulation, requirements and permitting, selecting and managing high quality sub-contractors resulted in a quality finished product. I cannot imagine a better team (Mike Bailey, Larry Shreve and Jason Webb) managing a comprehensive total re-do of a property and protecting our interest/investment.

They are very clean and courteous. I had new hardwood floors laid and all new siding gutters and roof and they are a class act. You can tell he has been in the business for a while A+.

I had a excellent experience with LCM Construction. We hired them last year to remodel a kitchen & laundry room & could not have been more pleased. This year they are remodeling 3 full bathrooms for us. When they are finished with that they are remodeling a fireplace & moving columns in our dining area. They are very professional & do what they say they will do. I think it says a lot when you have a company that you have enough faith in to come back into your home repeatedly.

I can't say enough good things about this company and its owners. They completed a major living room renovation, rebuilt a brick sidewalk and roofed our house all on time and on budget. Mike and Larry run a tight ship so you can trust them with your most valuable asset...you home.
