Jennifer's consult was quick, but I appreciated her honest feedback that we did not need staging services. I am confident that her helpful and effective pointers helped our condo to show very well. We had over 30 showings in one week and sold over asking with multiples offers. She provided her recommendations in writing following our consult and was readily available to answer any follow up questions I had.

Shilpa at Modern Staging Spaces was a joy to work with from the minute we met her. We asked for a balance of traditional and modern, using much of our furniture. She asked questions to fully understand ours and our agents vision, and she did two thorough walk throughs prior to staging day. The end result was beautiful mix of furniture and accents from their company, but also incorporating some of our own accents as well as furniture. The balance of all fulfilled our vision of appealing to both potential buyers who were downsizing (i.e. older), as well as young family buyers. We didn't want a stark white model home look. Shilpa and team really listened.

I've used Modern Staging on a number of properties and they've always done a great job. They're very responsive, cost effective, come in on time/budget, and create a beautiful space that is appropriate for the target market/house.
