Kevin Young Designers, Inc. was established in 1988. We create custom homes of many styles and sizes, ranging from 3,500 to over 10,000 sq. ft. We design primarily to contract, although an array of existing plans is available to individuals and builders. The firm's ability to create Living Environments with a contemporary approach to residential design has established it as one of the leaders in custom home design in the Greater Houston area. Our design team has more than 50 years combined experience in residential design and create home plans with proven techniques of space planning, livability, and aesthetic integrity. We are well known for our contemporary style of award-winning designs and offer experience and diversity to develop plans of any style you desire.

Working with Kevin was a very easy going experience. Nothing was any trouble for him. He listened to us carefully and understood our vision, which was important to us as we wanted the design our home to be simple but unique. He gave professional advice on our plans and ultimately helped us achieve exactly what we wanted at amazing value. We made a few tweaks to the plans during the process and none of them were a problem for him. We now have our plans and are excited about breaking ground soon. If you are wanting to design and build your own home we would definitely recommend using Kevin Young Designer, Inc.

Kevin, was easy to work with. He came to my lot that is on the golf course and gave me the best views from from the house. He also, listened attentively to what I wanted and made informed suggestions.

Knowledge, Experience, and a sense of Humor - the whole package!! The thought of developing a house plan to spend the rest of our lives in seemed overwhelming, but not to Kevin. Kevin designed a duplex for us in the Oak Grov

We came to Kevin after seeing his work in another build. We had a small space and wanted to maximize the potential. Kevin listened to what we wanted and gave us exacted what we asked for and more. He was able to fit so much into the limited space. The modern design and open living space is going to be amazing. Kevin is very easy to work with and very professional in his work and communication skills.

We have used Kevin Young Designer for multiple remodel projects. He has provided wonderful advice on how to get the best outcomes for our budgets and how to manage the overall remodel process.
