I signed a contract with Kitchen Magic for a remodel of my kitchen. This is a very well coordinated company that walks you through step-by-step. It’s very self assuring. You see the products upfront before the project starts so there is no surprises. I couldn’t believe the transformation that took place in my kitchen. The craftsman were pleasant, hard-working individuals, and their skills were top-notch. I am absolutely 100% pleased with no regrets from start to finish and only took two weeks. Rob Resko.

I have had numerous problems with my kitchen cabinet renovation project with Kitchen Magic. I've had several delays (2 months) due to receiving the wrong size doors due to the bad measurements and was shipped the wrong style (cabinet door) glass. If you are an existing customer, good luck trying to reach the warranty department or any live body when calling. I always have to select #2 for new customer inquiries to reach a representative. The warranty department has only responded to me by email. I have had multiple issues with the quality of the laminate and cabinet doors. You get a limited one year warranty on labor, after that customers are charged a $300.00 labor fee for each claim. The laminate on the doors and cabinets are peeling, cracking and chipping. Kitchen Magic use low quality laminate which leave customers stuck with having to pay their high service charges to repair or replace any laminate that's damaged. It would have been more cost effective to get my cabinets professionally painted than "laminate" them with poor quality materials that's falling apart after one year.

We were very very pleased with the work and professionalism of the company. They surly make magic in my kitchen.

If you want a beautiful new kitchen completely done in a few weeks with zero issues, this is the company to use. Professional installers, arriving on time every single day. Expert plumber, tiler and counter installer. Project manager available with any question at any time. Highly recommended!!

Love my kitchen! Amazing job, love this company from the designer to the installer, excellent work! They came on time, never a problem and the job was done perfectly, no mess at all, beautiful job! My parents had their kitchen done 20 years ago and loved Kitchen Magic, they had one problem with a piece 10 years later and Kitchen Magic came immediately and fixed it, free of charge, just like they promise! I have a very detailed, keen eye and respect excellent craftsmanship. Our carpenter from Kitchen Magic, George was excellent at his craft, in addition to being professional, committed, and down right nice. our quartz counter fits perfectly so the template was also executed with professionalism. And, having Amy at the project management helm was value added. Both my husband and I are very organized, but also work full time. When we needed a CO for our HOA, poof it appeared quickly and accurately. Any questions? Amy got back to us in hours, and exhibited both empathy as well as constant cheerfulness. If we were to complete another kitchen tomorrow, we'd go right back to Kitchen Magic.

I couldn’t be happier with the renovation of my kitchen. Exactly what I was looking for. Totally changed the look of my kitchen. And makes it look like all new cabinets. I was the tiniest bit apprehensive when i made the decision to use Kitchen Magic for my kitchen makeover. They refaced my cabinets, and installed a new countertop and backsplash. I was impressed with the attention to detail Kitchen Magic gave all aspects of my 'new' kitchen. I had cabinets resurfaced and added Corian countertops. I also added a new 5 ft cabinet and countertop to complete the redo. I kept my flooring and backsplash which helped my budget. Everyone that came to install my kitchen was professional, courteous and on time. The project took a total of 2 weeks to complete, My kitchen consultant was knowledgeable and had great ideas about the redo. I would highly recommend this company.

We are senior citizens did not want a complete new kitchen - just new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. The sales person did not try to sell us something we didn't want - even when we said we wanted to reuse the old knobs. The work was quickly and professionally done and we paid in full, trusting that the company would follow through with a promise to soon replace one drawer front that was the wrong size. Our trust was rewarded within days. We are delighted with our "new" kitchen and very happy we chose Kitchen Magic.

Everything ran like clockwork, and at times portions of the job were completed ahead of schedule! From my initial contact with them until the very end all of the associates were great to deal with. The glitches that cropped up during my project were addressed quickly and were corrected professionally. I love my new kitchen!

OMG, I just love my kitchen, my hubby didn't really want white, but loves our new kitchen, and a very good company to do business with, the man who did the job was just great, helped us with range hood, was so clean, and asked questions all the way through the project to make sure it was just the way we wanted everything done, do not hesitate to call them, you won't be sorry.

From start to finish communication seemed to be a priority. Keeping us informed of what we could expect each step along the way to our completed kitchen. The Kitchen Magic team answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we might have. Since we are happy with the layout of our kitchen we opted to have it refaced. Our contractor Art was meticulous. He measured remeasured and measured again. Each evening when he was done the work area for clean. Each person involved in our process was very professional and pleasant. We would recommend to our friends.

Shubi, our installer, was phenomenal. His attention to detail, willingness to answer all our questions, and pleasant demeanor made our experience enjoyable. Overall experience with Kitchen Magic was exceptional.

Beyond satisfied with Kitchen Magic product and performance. From the first consultation meeting, through the project measuring, to the delivery of supplies to my house, the contractors sent to do the work, the cleanup after each day they were here and the removal of my old cabinets after project completion was excellent. I was also pleased and impressed with the level of communication with the main office whenever I had a question. Great job!

Very nice job the one thing I think they would have to jmprove is the edges of inside cabinets if they could finish it I know that is inside the cabinet but is almost outside part and would be a real good job done . But in general very nice manners so far good response from CS and my cabinets look like new Yes I would recommend them

Thanks to Kitchen Magic my old cabinets look like new. The work was fast and the installers were courteous. They took their mess with them. Some of my cabinets needed to be reconfigured to fit a larger refrigerator and I was given many options and I love the result. I would highly recommend this company!

A brand new kitchen for budget pricing, surpassed our expectations! The workmanship is excellent, all doors fit well and look great, hinges are better than what we had before, drawers are improved, colors look fresh and it really feels like a new kitchen! Friends have all asked who did such a great job. The installer/carpenter, Andrew, did a fantastic job - very detailed work with no misalignments or gaps, and amazingly kept all dust minimized without spreading into house, and he thoroughly cleaned up each day before leaving. I think Kitchen Magic did a great job with my cabinets. I am considering using Kitchen Magic for my countertops and backsplash.

From start to finish, a top notch job. I was looking for a reliable place that could handle a complete kitchen reno, while maintaining the footprint. Kitchen Magic came to my home with an incredible selection of samples of cabinet doors, door handles, glass pane inserts, counter top quartz/granite options, backsplash tile. I had a pretty good idea of the color I was hoping to achieve, and Kitchen Magic offers everything I was looking for in terms of color, style, quality, and completeness. Kitchen Magic people were careful to protect other areas of my home; they put up plastic at the doorways to contain dust and disruption to the kitchen area, and cleaned up each evening. Kitchen Magic also arranged for all debris to be removed in a timely manner. The work was completed by true professionals who were experienced in their craft. I am very pleased with the results. After painting walls and a little window decorating, my kitchen has been truly transformed!

One of the best things we did was to update our kitchen and we have Kitchen Magic to thank..!!! It looks absolutely gorgeous..!! From beginning to end Kitchen Magic was exceptional. Guided us through the entire process and worked with us when we needed to reschedule our project because my wife needed surgery. I wasn’t sure what to expect from refacing but I was beyond pleased. I talked with a couple places, got estimates and checked on our local neighborhood app. All my interactions with Kitchen Magic were positive. The salesman, the person who measured and the man who did the installation all went above and beyond. The whole process went smoothly. I was informed along the way; my questions were quickly answered; the cabinets were delivered timely and the trash taken away. But, most of all my kitchen is beautiful!

Our experience with Kitchen Magic was outstanding. Everyone we dealt with from the salesman, the technician who measured, the installers, the countertop people, the tile installer and our job coordinator were polite, professional, punctual and most importantly were all very good at their jobs. Our kitchen cabinet resurfacing went off without any problems and in the time period we were promised. My wife loves the finished product and we have had no issues or problems with any of the work at this point in time. All of the workers took every precaution to ensure that nothing was damaged and that there was little or no cleanup involved for us. We have received only positive feedback from our friends and neighbors who have seen the finished product. I have nothing but good things to say about Kitchen Magic based upon my recent experience.

I am thrilled with my new kitchen. The entire process was easy. From Rich, our original contact who arrived on time, full of really great ideas and a wealth of knowledge, to Bob who arrived on time to measure with great precision, to Arbin, our installer who arrived on time and was obviously extremely skilled and who was a pleasure to work with. Our kitchen was fairly small but we had chosen wainscoting which required constant matching around windows, under cabinets and on the walls. It’s beautiful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kitchen Magic. Now we just have to persuade them to do bathrooms in Rhode Island as that will be our next project. Thank you to the whole crew.

We are very happy with the work done. The kitchen looks hreat. The craftsman was neat and nice to work with. We did have an issue with a broken line from the refrigerator ice machine which was taken care of very expeditiously.

From the start to the finish everyone involved from Kitchen Magic did a great Job. Ken the designer suggested touches like a wine rack above the refrigerator and an expansion of the soffit that worked out great. Igor the installer did a beautiful job.The quality of the cabinets was top notch. I really liked how they protected the floor and other cabinets by putting up plastic curtains to contain dust and construction debris. .All in all I'd have them back for another project without hesitation .

They took my out dated oak cabinets and refaced them in white. My kitchen looks like I installed brand new cabinets. Everyone who sees it remarks how beautifully it turned out. Everyone that I worked with was a well informed professional . The whole job was completed in two days.

We contacted KM based on previous reviews. All the reviews where right on the money. Kitchen Magic, reviewed what they would do, when they would do it, and gave us a price with No Hidden Fees. They did everything they said that would be done, and did it on time within the schedule. The delivery people, and the crafts people were excellent and were very neat. Kitchen Magic, even cam back quickly when I contacted them for some additional work. If you are looking to have your kitchen updated or redone, I would highly suggest you contact them. You get quality work and products at a very reasonable price. There’s never sales pressure from them.

Another awesome experience. This is the second time we used Kitchen Magic. Our first time was 23 years ago. Decided we needed to update. Such an easy process. They bring everything to YOU!!! I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to reface their existing cabinets.

Kitchen Magic recently completed a renovation of our kitchen. They refaced the cabinets and installed a backsplash. From step one --- applying through the end of the job --- final cleanup, Kitchen Magic performed in a pleasant and professional manner. The installation professionals were not only skilled and did the job right, but they were personable and a pleasure to have in our home for the days they were there. They were incredibly careful with the health issue of the pandemic and the company provided all the necessary forms to work in our condominium --- both Covid-19 documents and insurance documents our building requires. The work was started exactly when it was promised and was completed in a timely manner including a return trip by the cabinet installer who insisted on replacing a few parts that had tiny flaws in manufacture that he discovered. When the job was completed the results were perfect! The backsplash was installed with extras we never even though of: beautiful trim

Not many companies today stand by their work and respond to issues promptly I recently had an installation the team was efficient and professional and resolved my issue to my satisfaction

If could give a zero I would. Everything started out great and we had a wonderful two hour Zoom call with their rep. We then had a follow up call several days later where he asked if I had finalized the purchase of my appliances! I was a little taken aback when I realized he was ready to start finalizing our details and place orders on tile, countertop, etc quite so soon, but I was happy to move forward. Until I asked for references. He promptly sent me 200 names and phone numbers going back 20 years, with no way to filter the information. When I requested more current information that was the last I heard from him. There was no attempt at follow up at all. I can only assume it’s because they have something to hide.

What I like the most about Kitchen Magic is that they do the project from top to bottom. You don’t have to manage a whole group of contractors. I received a project manager named Nancy and she took care of everything. If I had any questions she answered them one by one. She didn’t rush me at all. The best tile guy, Joe who took just care the whole tile process. I would highly recommend Kitchen Magic to anyone who wanted a professional touch and looking for perfection.

From the beginning to end the staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful. The cabinets are a beautiful grey. The installer did an excellent job and minimized the dust and disruption by sectioning the kitchen off even though the ceilings are vaulted. We had Kitchen Magic reface our kitchen cabinets, replace our counter top and install a stainless steel sink. The people who did the work, the salesman, and the designer were both extremely knowledge able. The guy who did the actual install was great to work with and did a great job. The people who worked in the office were great to work with and were always very responsive to me questions and concerns. When it came to making payments, they were able to hook me up with a bank where I was able to get a zero interest deal.

Worst experience ever. From the start of remodeling our kitchen to the end. High pressure. Inexperienced contractors. No accountability. Would not recommend them ever.

We are loving our new kitchen, and were very impressed with all of the Kitchen Magic professionals that worked on it. The salesman, draftsman, plumber, counter installers, and carpenter, were all on time, competent, and friendly. I would highly recommend Kitchen Magic when considering remodeling a kitchen. They completed the job in only 2 1/2 weeks, and a contractor friend of ours, said it looked like a "gutted" job with brand new cabinets! Cabinet refacing is quicker, there were many choices of material and styles, and no town permits needed. That means no increased taxes! Also, there was excellent customer support. The price was much less than a gut job.

My husband and I were very pleased with our recent update to our Kitchen Magic kitchen. We had to do some changes due to the size of new appliances. The draftsman explained what he could do, how it would be done and the cost to make the changes. The installer did an excellent job making adjustments and installing new cabinets that would accommodate a larger refrigerator. He also installed a new cabinet which made it possible to raise my microwave higher from the stove top. The finished results are exactly what we wanted and everything matched our former cabinetry! The Kitchen Magic experience was magical from beginning to end. We had researched a kitchen makeover for over 3 years before choosing Kitchen Magic. Every single step of this experience was what we had hoped for. Every contact was professional, courteous and helpful. The selections were beautiful and we didn't have to go shopping for a single thing. We love the way the wood, stone and glass all came together with the stainless appliances. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and could not be happier. Kitchen Magic is the way to go.

Positive experience from start to finish, They had no hidden fees, and gave me time to get three other estimates, all of which were higher than Kitchen Magic. Since the work is now completed, the surfaces are easy to clean and the cabinet and drawer hinges work great.

I am delighted to be able to write an outstanding review of our experience with Kitchen Magic. Our 1970’s kitchen desperately needed a facelift, and the counter above the sink was warping due to water damage, so we needed cabinet replacements and refacing throughout the room to match. No problem! Kitchen Magic was able to do everything we needed and suggested ways to combine double closet doors into singles to save money, since we were on a budget. Everyone from the salesman to the measuring person to the delivery person to the two very competent carpenter/installers (Scott and Anthony) were helpful, respectful, and eager to do the best job possible, We could feel the pride and artistry in their work. When they left, everything was clean and beautiful, and we couldn’t have been happier. My husband and I were inspired to visit their factory in Pennsylvania, which we found out was possible. We were greeted by 3 people, including an owner, and taken on a personal tour, where they seemed to enjoy answering our many questions about manufacturing, and they even gave us souvenirs. We felt very honored, but not completely surprised, since the company is so obviously oriented toward complete customer satisfaction. I can’t recommend Kitchen Magic more highly.

There are several aspects of our kitchen remodel from KM that we are very pleased with. The sales representative was very experienced and informative. The material selections were abbreviated (fine with us, we were not overwhelmed with choices) but very adequate. The workers were professional and competent. We are pleased with our final product. The only negative was a small bit of home office lack of communication and coordination. We obtained bids from 3 companies and KM's price was the most reasonable. We were also glad to find they offered cabinet refacing rather than complete replacement. We purchased real wood cabinets rather than plywood composite which most companies did not offer.

We had our kitchen cabinets refaced. The entire experience from initial sales associate through final installation was first rate. The salesman was very knowledgeable and came with a trunk full of cabinet door samples in every color imaginable. A measuring and installation schedule was set at that time and it was kept. The fellow who came to measure everything told us what to expect in great detail and there were no surprises. The installer was on time and meticulous in his work, cleaning up each evening before leaving. Prior to every step along the way we received reminder calls from the factory. The only hiccup in the process involved the corner lazy susan - the wrong size had been shipped - but the correct unit was shipped to us overnight, we called the installer on the cell number he gave us when it arrived, and he came over and installed it. You really can't ask for more than that.

I hired Kitchen Magic for a cabinet refacing project. I thought the price of $22,000 was high, but I was persuaded by the fact that they were the most experienced company in the refacing business. I thought it would be a relief from local contractors who can be a nightmare. I was wrong. The workers ARE contractors, not employees, and bring along all the issues that entails. My 5-day project turned into 3 weeks. Communication was consistently poor. When it was finally complete, I had to spend 2 days "fixing" their mistakes. The kitchen looks good now, but I would never recommend Kitchen Magic.

A professional company from planning to installation that stands behind their work. They communicated well, the installer showed up onetime, worked a full day and left my kitchen broom clean.

After deciding to re-face rather than replace our cabinets we got several estimates. Although Kitchen Magic was not the lowest, we liked the salesman who worked with our budget, his presentation and the online reviews. We are extremely happy with our decision and the results. They are true craftsmen. From the person who meticulously measured to the re-facer, the countertop installers, and finally the backsplash people, we were treated as if we were their only customers. All work was done as promised within the timeline given. Their attention to detail, follow up and professionalism was perfect. We have already recommended them to our daughters and friends.

I would not recommend this company to anybody thinking of having their kitchen re-done. It was a long, aggravating, disappointing and expensive experience. No communication between multiple contractors, a "project manager" who seemed to be completely out of touch, missed appointments by contractors, delays and excuses, confusion, mistakes, incomplete and in some cases shoddy work. A nightmare. Communication was atrocious. Calls were often not returned. Contractors arrived and seemed unaware of what was expected of them, what the previous contractors had done, and were generally very specific about what they would NOT do. Some did not seem to know what they were doing at all! One contractor did not show up for his scheduled project date, and we never heard from him again. Problems went on for weeks. There was a remote "project manager" in PA who really didn't have a clue as to what was happening with our kitchen. Not once were we ever treated like a valued customer, nor was any priority given. Except, of course during the initial phases when we booked and signed the contract. After that, we just became a number.

True professionalism! Love my countertops! Wonderful to have the samples brought to the home to actually see how they would match up. Every step of the way was a pleasant experience and completed in a timely manner. The finished product looks wonderful. We get many compliments. Very, Very pleased with the service and quality of the product.

The man who did the refacing in my kitchen was professional at all times, a skilled craftsman and well organized. He cleaned up every day so that I could use the kitchen to make dinner. Although I had second thoughts about doing the project before it was started, I love the completed project. It makes a huge difference in the appearance of my kitchen. I went from cherry wood cabinets to white. It has brightened up the room so much and it is like having a new kitchen without weeks of construction. I would highly recommend Kitchen Magic.

It was necessary for the inspector to determine that there were outstanding issues with the installation. The inspector agreed that our complaints were legitimate. KitchenMagic, from salesman to carpenter, is better than you could hope for. Their workmanship was without equal. When we asked for extras they were accommodated with ease and satisfaction.. Their excellent customer service provided by knowledgeable and courteous team leaders was a great help, The delivery and garbage pickup people sure do ease your mind and make the experience a pleasant one. You tell them what you want, they design it and install it. They never added a cent over their original estimate like many providers do. In my opinion if you don't use KitchenMagic you haven't used the best!

I had Kitchen Magic reface my kitchen cabinets. I also had a new backsplash done. They did an excellent job. I was very happy with it. However, I also new flooring. I spoke to several people. They eventually sent me a few samples . I was even given a price for the flooring. I called several times and left messages but no one calls me back. I guess they don't want to do the flooring. I gave up. I will have to get someone else to do it.

Hired them to do a cabinet refacing and new cabinet doors, etc. for our kitchen. Got the estimate, agreed on price, they came to do the measurements, did the work. Everything seemed great. Friendly folks, professional. Carpenter finishes up the work, cleans up. We start talking about the section of trim that he didn’t finish up. What’s up with that, I asked. THAT’S WHEN HE LIES RIGHT TO MY FACE AND SAYS THAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN THE WORK. I was confused but didn’t really argue. Maybe I misread the agreeement. I let him go on his way. Then I went outside and had to do some work in the garage. I passed by the scrap pile he left in the driveway. Lo and behold, what’s this I see? A BROKEN PIECE OF TRIM THAT WOULD HAVE MATCHED THE EXACT LENGTH OF THE TRIM HE DIDN’T INSTALL. If he hadn’t broken the piece of course. And then lied to me about it. Still have it sitting in my garage, for posterity I guess. Took two weeks or so to get someone out to finish up the work. No sorry, or any type of apology. Nothing. Flash forward to yesterday, March 12. Three months after installation. Three months. I open the cupboard door, and the screw holding the hinge on literally falls out onto the counter. So I call them up today and it’s gonna be more than a week before they can get someone out here to fix the door. It’s only a screw, you say. What’s the big deal? But it’s the bigger picture. I’m not unreasonable. I want to give you my money, all I expect is to not be jerked around and get good, quality service and craftsmanship. Why does it have to be a hassle? So in the meantime, I’ll continue to use the broken door, because I have to to get at our dishes. And that will put additional stress on the one working hinge, which will probably cause that screw to become loose and then I’ll have to call them out again and we’ll start this whole stupid cycle all over. Again. I’ve got photos, which were sent to the company initially. Can’t seem to upload pics from the phone to this site though. So, we went with what we thought was going to be a cost effective alternative. Everything would have been fine if the initial carpenter had just owned up to it- “Hey, I’m sorry but I broke this piece of trim, I’ll be back tomorrow to finish up.” But now all I’ve got is the proverbial bad taste in my mouth and I can’t recommend them. Hope your experience is better than ours.

Cabinet refacing was excellent quality. It is important to understand the difference between new cabinets and refacing and that was explained by all Team members. Everyone was honest and professional. Being in the Construction Industry provides me with a real expectation of timelines, schedules and work to be provided as well as knowing scope of work limitations. Refacing is not for everyone, but it is a great alternative and saves time. I also had them replace the old formica countertop with granite. The refacing work was done on time in 3 days. Completion of counter is harder to tighten the timeline. There will always be a delay for installation for the counters, this is normal. While the timeline on the granite availability and schedule to install is hard to overcome, between my availability and theirs the results are fantastic and within 1 month, I have a new kitchen. A full renovation with all new cabinets, fixing entire walls instead of sections of walls etc... would have taken me months. It is important to understand that in my situation, I did the demolition, site preparation work, wall fixing, painting, plumbing connections,and electrical connections and final OCD cleaning all while working full time at my engineering job. Kitchen Magic did a great job!

My husband wanted to reface our kitchen cabinets for YEARS, but I kept saying it would look awful and that I would rather wait until we could afford to get NEW cabinets. Let me tell you...from the initial consultation to the completion of the project...I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of this remodel. My kitchen looks much brighter and larger. WE kept our Corian counters and vinyl flooring...just refaced the cabinets, replaced the closet door, and painted...I have a brand new kitchen!!! Thank you...and it was done in 1 1/2 days!!!

Kitchen Magic did an absolutely fantastic job with the remodeling of our kitchen. The carpentry work for the refacing of the cabinets was completed in less than 3 days and was performed with great attention to detail. I couldn't be more pleased. It truly is the kitchen of my dreams. The cabinets are beautiful and, best of all, I can reach them. Since I am 4' 11" the installer lowered the high cabinets. The counter came in two sections and, even though I saw it installed with my own eyes, I can't see or feel the seam. My installation was in 2015 and, now two years later, I am still thrilled by the quality and installation. But more than that, by the beauty, design and utility of my kitchen.

My oak cabinets were 22 years old and dated. I decided to reface them and hired Kitchen Magic, a company specializing in just that. The sales person was wonderful, helpful, thorough and considerate. The contractor who measured my cabinets was on time and thorough, exact and professional. The installer was incredibly experienced, personable, on time, and obviously a pro at this. He did a beautiful job. I almost couldn't believe it was my kitchen, as it looks so much brighter, fresh, up to date and gorgeous. I highly recommend this company!

Ira came out for the consultation, Steve the draftsman, then came out for the measuring a week later and gave us a start date. Ceasar the carpenter, came promptly and cleaned up each night. Gregg the countertop and backsplash guy, was on time when coming out for the template and for the installation. These people were some of the nicest, most knowledgeable professionals I have ever dealt with. This was the most painless experience I have ever had with a project. I am so happy with my new kitchen.

Kitchen Magic so stalled new kitchen counters. Since I purchased them through Costco, I received 10% of the cost back on a Costco gift card. The sales rep and installation crew were helpful and did a great job and clean up.

Far exceeded our expectations. So many things to be pleased with. Great sales /support professionals. Installers had years of experience and the quality of their work was a perfect demonstration of that. Cabinets were all custom sized and built at the Kitchen Magic US factory. Flawless. No lost "real estate" - built to the exact size of my available space. Drafter made my kitchen vision a reality. I had 2 walls of existing cabinets that were in excellent shape, so they were refaced to match all new cabinetry. I would absolutely recommend this company and use them again.

Why I have to give one star to post a review is ridiculous. I would give them zero stars. I went through a Costco counter top program to them to replace my counter tops and tile my back slash. What a mistake. In my opinion and that of some of their workers they are a very cheap company and their workmanship demonstrates that to be the case. Cracked and chipped tiles installed, not very professional. Counter tops that didn't match. They damaged our appliances taking out the old counter tops and installing the tile and the new counter tops. Their communications between the company and the client is very poor. They claim they send you notices when they didn't. They show up unannounced without an appointment. Please heed the warning, From start to finish 6 months of misery.

From beginning to end, it was a pleasure to work with Kitchen Magic. The outcome is stunning - our very outdated 70's kitchen is now in the 21st century. The salesperson, the draftsman, the project manager, the cabinet makers and the backsplash and countertops were terrific. On time, only 1 cancel due to snowstorm and unobtrusive while working here.

Terrific team of professionals who completed the renovation smoothly and left a finished product that far surpassed our expectations. Each team member was personable, friendly, and most knowledgeable in each his specialty. This company I highly recommend because of the wonderful work that they do.

When I hired Kitchen Magic I was told it would take four days, with counter top being put in a week later. Seven weeks after it began, and after many return visits by Kitchen Magic's hired outside sub-contractors, after much lost time from my job - other than the accent ceramic tile backsplash being one pattern on two walls and a second pattern on two other walls, I am pleased with the final results.

We are so pleased with our kitchen cabinet refacing. Our design consultant, Maria Ciringione was excellent in helping us coordinate the cabinets and countertop with our existing tile floor and tile backsplash. We chose the Breckenridge Square door style in antique white with a walnut glaze and Verde Butterfly granite for the countertop. We decided to go with Kitchen Magic because we liked the fact that this is a top notch company that stands behind their work. We also liked the fact that their product is MADE IN AMERICA and provides local jobs. Our draftsman and installer were very professional. The installer did a great job and cleaned up at the end of each day and took care to contain any dust from the project. They do quality work and are very responsive to the customer's needs. We would use them again and would recommend them.

We wanted to replace our kitchen counters with a quality product. We had contacted a couple other companies who never responded. At that time we were really frustrated. Then we found Kitchen Magic and the difference was remarkable. From beginning to end, everyone we dealt with was both professional yet very friendly. Everyone who came was always on or before scheduled time. Coming from PA (over 2 hrs), that's remarkable. They are all extremely adept @ whatever job to which they were assigned. AND, they did an excellent job of cleaning up. Only one thing; someone misplaced 3 ORIGINAL MOULDINGS (COULD HAVE BEEN us); any which way, I had to hire a carpenter to special cut and BEVEL 3 mouldings. Not a big deal.
