We can’t speak more highly of Ethan and Jeff at 3rd Street Custom Homes! Although we purchased a spec home at the end of construction, Ethan and Jeff have gone above and beyond to ensure we have the perfect home, before and after closing! We have now been in our home 2.5 years, and we still are in awe of our house that we feel so fortunate to own! Any time we’ve needed recommendations or had questions, Ethan and Jeff have both been so quick to provide that for us. Not only is the attention to detail impeccable for the homes they build, the support we have experienced while owning a 3rd Street home has been top notch. If we were ever to build a home in the future, there would be no question who we would choose! We can’t recommend them enough!

The craftsmanship of a 3rd Street Home was immediately apparent, but the builder's persistence in customer service and client contempt was more than expected. Our one-time custom home purchase has turned into multiple deals, a friendship, and the opportunity to send others to create their dream home!

I had been familiar with several of 3rd Streets projects and I had always hoped to be a customer myself. That hope became a reality in Jan 19' and I moved into my home in Oct of that same year! I could not be happier with the finished product! I would recommend 3rd Street Home to anyone looking to build a home in the DFW area! Thank you 3rd Street!

3rd Street remodeled our home for us and it answered my prayer to be “above and beyond all I could ask or imagine.” I pinch myself daily that we get to enjoy this beautiful home that they built for us! From the bones of our home to the parts we can see, they made it all good and we love it so much. It is evident that their desire is to build homes that their clients will love, they never want to disappoint! I have heard people complain about a dreaded punch list, but with 3rd Street, ours was knocked out in a WEEK!! We were told by many that remodeling a home can be very taxing, but I will say 3rd Street came through on everything. We feel very taken care of by them!!

Attention to detail. One of the hardest working builders I have had the honor of working with on the construction of my home. Under promise and over delivered beyond our expectations. I had a fear of building from the ground up from the beginning. Jeff and Ethan showed us the way. Proved that anything is possible. I would not recommend anyone else to build any houses. These guys are the real deal and will get you everything you dreamed of and more. We didn't only build a house. We built a friendship. Our next build in the next few years will be with them again. I know we will build a monster with the knowledge we have from our current house. Thank you Jeff and Ethan!

3rd Street Custom Homes remodeled our first floor after a plumbing leak. They did an excellent job helping us navigate through the remodel along with communicating with our insurance company. The level of workmanship was superior. I highly recommend their services!

Jeff Stegich and his team did a massive renovation of our 3400 SF home. The quality of the work was amazing! Jeff was also a great partner in working through the inevitable surprises that any total makeover uncovers. We would gladly hire Jeff and his team if we do any other renovations (big or small).

I purchased a home from 3rd Street Custom homes in Jan of 2015. We elected to start from scratch and tear down the existing home to build a brand new structure. Jeff helped us work with the Architect to come up with a plan that would suit our needs. Throughout the process Jeff showed incredible patience with first time builders. The process was very transparent and he kept us closely apprised of the budget situation as we went along. Jeff's strongest attributes are vision and flexibility. As the house took shape, some things we knew we could improve upon. Communication is the key to a successful build. Jeff laid out creative options and made sure we understood how these decisions would impact the budget. His guidance and professional experience created an exceptional final product. I would definitely build with Jeff again.

When I purchased my home from 3rd Street Custom Homes it was a partially demolished home in an established, traditional neighborhood. I had a rather unconventional modern vision for the property, so I brought my own architect to the project. Jeff had a great attitude and embraced the project, worked patiently with my architect and brought the project to fruition. With all builds there are always stumbles, but Jeff showed his skill as a good builder. He kept to the course, helped me work through the issues and in the end I have an amazing house I love.

We landed on 3rd Street after interviewing over a dozen home builders. Their attention to detail was crucial in creating a true custom home. Their experience was critical in soliciting the right trades to partner with, to bring the unique design into reality, all while managing budget and schedule through out the process. And at the end of the day, whats most important is, they're good and honest people that your family can trust with your most crucial of projects, your home.
