Jeffrey Doherty Designer

Jeff Doherty worked with us through every phase of our home's development. During pre-construction, he helped with kitchen layout. During construction, he sourced faucetry and cabinet hardware throughout the house. Next, he advised on appliance, countertop stone, tile, and light fixture selection. Finally, he decorated, choosing the furnishings, window treatments, rugs, and a few key antique pieces, a process that continues to this day. As a designer, Jeff is respectful of budget and our taste, while guiding us with a gentle hand to choices with timeless elegance. There is no room in our home that I don't see Jeff's imprint, yet it is completely personal and very much our own.

As an aspiring designer, I have had the privilege of working with Jeff for the past several years. Aside from his natural talents, he has an amazing ability to understand his clients and their needs. He is intuitive, original and someone who really listens to and understands his clients needs. I highly recommend him!

He listens but also has very definite ideas of his own that are additive and well worth listening to.
