Jeff and the Decks Only crew did an AMAZING job. They turned a difficult elevated staircase at our home in a flood zone into a beautiful front entry. The combination of a clever design and expert craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. In addition, the entire crew was polite and professional, even with less than patient neighbors. Without a doubt the best contractor we hired for our Sandy rebuild.

All I can say is WOW !! From our first meeting, I knew I would use Jeff to design and build my deck. His knowledge of deck construction is outstanding. The quality of the workmanship is beyond words. After careful measurements, your deck design appears on his computer. This made all the difference to me. Your deck design comes to life in front of your very eyes. You can see what your deck will look like when it is finished.. Finally, Jeff started when he said he would and finished on schedule. My deck is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Decks Only to build your deck .

I moved into my house a year ago and decided to completely redo my existing wood deck. I spoke to a number of different contractors and decided to go with Jeff and Decks Only... And I'm so glad I did. They did a FANTASTIC job! Jeff and his crew were professional from the start. They came in and put in trex composite decking and a 10x10 stone wood burning fire pit that I know I'll enjoy for years to come. The total project size was basically 40x20 so not huge but not a small job either. Jeff had great suggestions along the way and really listened to what I wanted to do and helped me make the right decisions...from the Color of the decking boards to the railings to the stone color and the lighting. Everything he suggested came out awesome! I'm sitting outside right now enjoying my new outdoor space! I would definitely recommend Decks Only to my friends... In fact I already did!

From my first phone call through the end of project, the entire team was extremely professional. This is a family owned business and you can tell they take pride in their work and stand by their word. Jeff showed up to see my current deck, make recommendations, show me options for materials and provided a quote on-site. I immediately knew this was the company to go with and I was not disappointed. They were able to finish my deck in three days and scheduled me within a week. The entire process was smooth and I would highly recommend Jeff and his team for any job - large or small. Jeff was on-site daily, checked in with me to align expectations and his crew worked hard and did an outstanding job. Look no further..this is the right company.

When we wanted a new deck, we researched many companies and found Jeff's to be not only reasonable but also the most professional. He returned our calls promptly and always responded whenever we had a question. He and the crew are very pleasant and most capable. The project happened on the time schedule we needed and was completed also on time. They arrived every day as planned and cleaned up every day when finished. The stairs and the gate were just right. We decided to add some lighting and Jeff installed them in just the right places. That gave the deck the final touch. When my neighbors saw the deck, many (5) decided to also work with Jeff. We are now two years with the new deck and it has been a delight to look at every day, winter and summer.

I could not be happier with the deck we had installed. It was a big job and although we knew what we wanted, we couldn't picture it. Jeff came over and spent time, wrote down our "wish list" and what he created exceeded our expectations. He came up with suggestions and awesome and functional designs. The colors, the lighting - even the added paving stones give us way more livable outdoor space than we ever thought we would of had. He gave us different pricing alternatives and we went with what we were most comfortable with. His crew was super polite and very neat, everything was cleaned up perfectly. Jeff was super honest with timing and time frame and completed everything in a very timely manner, as well.

Jeff and his company ,Decks Only, were very professional and communicationed well from start to finish. I was included in the design of my deck as well as any issues that came up along the way. Jeff resolved the issues in a very professional manner . I would highly recommend Deck Only anyone who is looking for a deck. The finished project far exceeded my expectations .
