I had used Frank before to build some baby furniture. We recently closed on our house and I called Frank with a huge to-do list. By the time we were ready to move all our furniture in, everything was completed to perfection and in the time frame we discussed. As owning a home comes with many projects, when we call he makes time for us in his busy schedule. We will be keeping him speed dial and I suggest you do too.

I have used many Frank from It's Already Done many several times over the last year. He is friendly, prompt and courteous and takes his craft seriously. He always works within the budgets and time frames we decide on and always does top notch work. I own an old Victorian, multi-family home and have my hands full with my day job. The house is always "generating" lots of projects and Frank is a great guy to have on the bench ready to go when I need him. I have used him to do a good deal of painting, sheetrock work, plaster repair, floor stripping (painted cement floor) and even to demo and remove an old above ground pool. If you have an odd job that requires a handyman, Frank is your guy. I promise you won't be disappointed!!

I hired Frank to recaulk a bathtub that was in rough shape. He easily handled the job and was a pleasure to deal with in the process. Professional, courteous, punctual, efficient, and communicative are words that come to mind when dealing with Frank. Quality all around. Will definitely be calling him again for future jobs.
