Interiors @ Home

This is the second project I have worked on with Norma and I wish I had found her earlier. This project involved fully fitting out a 3 bed house, the earlier project focussing largely on window treatments for a larger property, plus some other soft furnishings and accessories. Norma has an extensive knowledge of fabrics, furnishings and accessories on the market and a wealth of experience in all aspects of interior design - to suit all budgets. The amount of time, not to mention money on potentially expensive mistakes, she saved me cannot be underestimated. Nothing is too much trouble, Norma devotes a significant amount of time to ensure everything is exactly as you want it, she is also keen to work with the client to integrate existing pieces, which hasn’t always been my experience of other companies. I have been delighted with all aspects of the service, the quality of curtain-making, pelmets and other items commissioned and fitted has been superb. I would not use anyone else now and have no hesitation in recommending Interiors@Home.

Interiors at Home did an excellent job helping me with the fabric selection for all the windows in our new home. The quality of the curtain making was excellent. The fitting service was superb too. Norma advised us on our soft furnishings for our new house and spent a considerable amount of time with us when we were choosing our materials and colour schemes, giving excellent advice without being pushy. Norma met all out deadlines and exceeded our expectations with the quality and workmanship of the products delivered. I am at the planning process of refurbishing my lounge, hall & stairway along with installing a new kitchen, as the space is small I want to achieve a flow between the three area’s creating a feeling of space and light, it has to be practical, accommodating frequent use, visiting family & friends and be grandchild friendly. I was getting in a muddle and could see I would end up with area’s that didn’t work and miss the comfortable inviting space I wanted to achieve. I called Norma (interiors-at-home)arranged an appointment, armed with a rough floor plan some flooring samples and a lot of what I didn’t want and a little of what I did in my mind. Within in 30minutes Norma had identified the style & colours I was looking for, selected 3 fabric sample books out of the extensive range on offer showed me the different tones and presented a mix of combinations while tactfully guiding me on pre- selected main area colour ideas. I first knew Norma through my job as a Sales Advisor with a local developer and was familiar with her work in our show-homes from a 5bed house to a 2bed apartment and also had seen how she could transform the over-all interior look of an existing furnished show-apartment by changing soft furnishings & accessories always achieving the blend and flow from room to room. All of us can walk into a show-home and admire the furnishings and finishing’s think to ourselves how lovely it looks, admire the talent of the designer in bringing it all together. Norma is fantastic! She's a real professional! She's been helping me for the past year with the interiors in our new home.
