Stefan and the guys from NewSpace carried out a refurbishment in our home a few years ago - they knocked the wall between the kitchen and livingroom to make it an open plan - the result was excellent and we are so happy with our 'new' home. The guys were at the door at 08:00 every morning - they were never late. The full job took only 3 weeks and there was a lot involved. Every evening, they left the area as tidy as possible, which made it so much easier to live in while the work was being done. I would highly recommend NewSpace for any building work you might need to get done in your home, they are professional, punctual, the quality of work is second to none, and they completed the work well on time. Stefan is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend NewSpace Building Services 100%. Thomas Gallogly.

I hired Stefan and his team for external pipe and ground works to my property. Stefan offered great attention to detail and was very helpful throughout. The team arrived punctually and always cleared up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company for an excellent professional service.

I have and would recommend Stefan and the Team at NewSpace Building Services. The completed a dormer attic conversion in early summer 2019. The project was completed on time and on budget, any additional works were clearly priced and documented. The Team turned up on time each morning, cleaned up the work areas and minimized disruption to the household. I am already in discussion with Stefan regarding a potential extension to the house in 2021.

Thanks to NewSpace Building Services Ltd , I had asked for a simple extension to our house, which was completed on time with no fuss. The team never missed a days work and left the place tidy every day. The results far exceeded our expectations and the quality of work has been noted by an architect engineer and craftsmen who have since visited our house. thanks again Lorraine & Thomas and Family Rathfarnham

These guys are the real deal. Stefan and the guys have done 2 jobs to date on my home and the quality and service is second to none.. We had an attic conversion done and a remodeling done of our front garden with patio laid and wall built , The quality of the work is excellent and I can’t recommend them enough!

I can't rate Newspace highly enough. Having decided to convert attic to the home cinema I searched the net for numerous companies for quotes.I obtained a few quotes from different companies in Dublin, it was difficult to find good firms with soundproofing experience. Finally I found Stefan from Newspace.ie and he was brave enough to take on the challenge to convert our attic to a Home Cinema. Thank you again

Stefan and the guys did a great job. From the beginning Stefan listened to what we needed and really understood what we wanted. He was always very easy to deal with and always available. We extended out form our kitchen which we replaced, adding a utility and a room as well as covering the back garden in stone work. Stefan dealt with the kitchen people when needed which was a big help. The guys were prompt and efficient. The work finish is of a very high standard and they seem to be able to do anything and every thing. The lads are craftsmen. I would highly recommend Stefan and NewSpace to anyone doing an extension. If you want trustworthiness, professionalism, punctuality , honesty, reliability and attention to detail then NewSpace is the company for you !

Stefan Sala did an attic conversion for me in 2015, including adding stairs up to the attic and insulation. He was a great pleasure to work with - very clear, hard-working, professional, tidy and did exactly what he said he would do. He was easy to talk to, great at suggesting possibilities and good alternatives, on time and on budget. Since then I have asked Stefan to do a variety of jobs, small and medium, including repairing a leaking extension and putting in a new internal door. Always he is quick, efficient and does exactly what he says he will do. I have recommended him to friends and family and they are always very pleased too.
