True North Glass is a great company to work with. Shawn visited to get a quote and after a couple other people said we would need two new windows, frame and all, at a cost of $6,000, Shawn said we only needed new glass which would cost about $1,750. He took extra time to take the trim off the window to confirm the wood discoloration was only on the surface and the frames of the windows were just fine. Follow up from their office was great in providing the quote, scheduling the appointment, providing final invoice, etc. If you're looking for a good honest contractor to replace your glass, I highly recommend True North Glass!

They contacted me quickly, came when they said they would fix the window, did the job, and cleaned up the mess. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

True North is terrific. Professional from initial contact, estimate, ordering, and installation. Highly skilled at every level. I've had them fix two different glass problems: cloudy glass in an exterior door and BB shot in double pane kitchen window. My highest recommendation.

My husband I used True North Glass to repair a broken window. The communication between us was a 10++. They handled themselves vey professionally but were also open and friendly. We Plan to use them again.

True North was able to take my rough measurements and provide an accurate estimate over the phone for a broken window in my home. They came out to get exact measurements, and scheduled the installation within a few days. The installer was quick, nice and professional, and the window looks as good as new.

These guys did a great job of putting in a frameless glass shower door we had purchased. I know it was a pain to install but it looks and works great!

The professionals at True North Glass are very knowledgable and they produce top-notch workmanship. They installed a glass enclosure for my shower and everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them, and I would give them 6/5 stars if that was possible!

Shawn and his technicians did a wonderful job with the shower enclosure in our master bathroom. They were professional, knowledgable, and hands on. Shawn made sure to take the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, as well as personally making sure that the project was meeting its deadline. It was a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend True North Glass!

From the beginning to end, my experience with True North Glass was nothing but professional, courteous, and quick. I am very pleased with the glass shower door that they installed. They had a keen eye for detail and they paid close attention the the things that really mattered to me. I always felt like I was their only customer because they spent the time to figure out what exactly needed to be done. They kept every promise that they made and I can attest to the quality of character that these professionals possess.
