Howard and the Kandel team exceeded all expectations. We started with some renovations and we decided to redo the property. Kandel did three buildings, all landscape, pool and motor court. Howard guided us to the best contractors in the area. He delivered every single time. We asked for something, not only he had an answered but he provided options. It took two years to make a master piece but it was worth it. 10 years later and we are still friends. He still remembers all things done to the property. We are actually about to begin a new addition to the house and can't wait for the final product.

Howard has excellent taste and he was a pleasure to work with, our addition is exactly what we wanted - it's timeless. We very much enjoyed the team that worked in our home, they were extremely professional and cleaned up the job site every day as we continued to live in the house. Kandel added so much value to our project with innovative ideas and suggestions for best utilization of space. We built an addition with sunroom and home theater below and a complete kitchen remodel, The process with Kandel was great as he helped guide us through what we really wanted out of the space. The design process was enhanced with 3D visuals to aid us in making decisions and seeing what our space would look like. Kandel was great with attention to detail and questions and suggestions for things we would never have thought of on our own. Kandel is very thorough and accurate with projecting the costs so the project cost was exactly what was proposed unless we changed our decisions. The project manager (Ed) and guys working on the project were very professional and did excellent technical work. Deadlines were met and the finished product is fantastic. We get compliments all the time on the projects we had done with folks always asking for Kandel's contact information.

The Kandel Construction Group did my kitchen and my mud room. It was a delightful experience. Howard Kandel was highly recommended, and it was proven very right. I had experienced working with a lot of builders and contractors over the years and non of them were even close to the excellent service provided by the highly qualified and knowledgeable Kandel group. Right from the planning stages, all the way until the last detail at the end of the project ,Howard Kandel was very nice and efficient. The whole team, led by Tim Brubaker, really knew their stuff, took their time and paid attention to details. They were very professional and thorough, and even left the house clean and neat at the end of every work day. We ended with amazing kitchen and mud room !!! Thank you the Kandel construction group for such an outstanding work and results. Looking forward for our next project. - sk
