We couldn’t be happier with the service from Home Life renovations. They dealt with everything from start to finish and all the guys were so lovely. Throughout the build they kept it clean and tidy and kept us updated on timescales. We would definitely use them again.

We have worked with Lancashire Home Life Renovations on several local projects in the past 2 years. These have typically been single and two storey extensions to existing residential properties. Most projects have involved alterations to internal floor plans and have required steel and timber beam designs. Several projects have involved significant and impressive openings in property walls. We have been impressed with LHLR's consistent attention to detail, carefully following designs as supplied. In any LHLR project where an issue has arisen on site, they have always contacted us for design adjustments or updates. They clearly demonstrate a high level of care towards the end customer (i.e. the home owner). We started off planning a new kitchen and garage to bedroom conversion, but working with Gary inspired us to undertake a complete renovation of our 80s house into a contemporary home, including garden landscaping. Lancashire Home Life Renovations team led by Gary and Oliver exceeded every expectation. They worked with us from the initial meeting over 5 months to fully develop the project, so that it could be completed while we were away in Spain. We had full confidence in them and they have delivered on every aspect of the project despite the challenges of COVID and Brexit! A full turnkey service. We got a very competitive quote from this company for kitchen renovation. This included lowering part of the ceiling, reboarding it all, then plastering ceiling and walls. The whole job was done over the weekend and our expert plasterer Oliver certainly goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done to a first class standard. I have used the services of this company for several years for replacing boilers on 2 of my properties and to replace a front door which was damaged and had to be replaced. They has been helpful, polite and efficient on all occasions. The work has been completed on time and to a high standard. We wanted a new kitchen fitting, demolition of conservatory and building of an extension to replace it. The work was completed to a high standard and we were very happy with the end result. Project manager Gary was available throughout for advice and input and Oliver and Andy who were onsite each day were excellent. Our resulting renovation looks amazing and has given us a great outdoor space as well as a great family/entertaining area. The little details were important also with strip lighting around quartz worktops, roof lanterns and outside steps giving a great aesthetic.

I had a kitchen installed. They removed everything flooring , units, tiles and cieling. They did the work in two weeks. All workmen were helpful and friendly. The kitchen was not square in any way. But they fitted it excellently. It has been admired by friends and family.

Lancashire Home Life Services did a complete kitchen refurbishment going back to the bare brickwork along with leveling the floor and lowering the ceiling.New electrics,plumbing,window and our lovely new kitchen. Everything was done in a very professional manner with top class workmanship throughout Gary was very helpful in all aspects of the work and gave sound advise when needed. Andy who fitted the kitchen along with other jobs was highly skilled and did the work to a very high standard and he left it clean and tidy every night. I would highly recommend Lancashire Home Life Services and would not hesitate to use them again n the future.

As a landlord with no idea on how to fix nasty surprises, Gary from Home Life came along and made my life easy, always informing me of everything he found wrong in a block of flats I needed help with. He was patient, and as he fixed, designed, and fully refurbished my property kept me informed with progress pictures, and very importantly was always at the end of the phone. We live abroad. After being impressed with the quality of smaller jobs they have done for us, we have just had a major 4 bed detached house refurbishment completed by Gary and his team at LHLS. It may not be the cheapest quote you get - but we found out that they go the extra mile for their clients, and more importantly, the work has to meet with Gary's approval before he would sign it off, so we could sleep at night knowing that everything would be completed as we wanted and to the highest standard.
