We believe in absolute transparency; our meticulous record keeping and open-book accounting system provides our clients with every detail including copies of every project document, i.e. budget reports, disbursement reports, bank statements, checkbook registers, invoices, lien releases, sub-certifications, etc. Our quality and cost-consciousness are so well regarded that we were chosen to build custom homes for the principals of notable developers, such as The Stratham Group, Catellus, Fieldstone, Citation Homes (now Meritage Homes), and K. Hovnanian, as well as the daughter of the founder of Shea Homes.
