Schoeman construction team are the easiest and most professional group of individuals we have worked with. We hired them to renovate our condo kitchen. Super craftsmanship. The part they made easy was we lived 900 miles away! They kept in constant touch with phone calls,text messages and pictures every day they were there. We had a few bumps but they were always ready with a suggestion to remedy the problem. Highly recommend them especially if you can’t be present during the project

We had Schoeman Construction do a major kitchen remodel this year (2023). Everyone on their staff was knowledgeable, professional and great to have in our home. They handled almost every aspect of the remodel and when they had to have a subcontractor come in, they were also just as professional and pleasant. There were understandably some hiccups which happens, but the issues were addressed and fixed to everyone's satisfaction. They will give you as much or as little input as you want/need to make your vision a reality. It's nice to have a contractor that takes pride in their work, making sure it is as perfect as it can possibly be and are also a company filled with genuinely nice people who also care and want things to be just what you wanted. I highly recommend Schoeman Construction for any project you may have.

Schoeman Construction was amazing = Highly recommend! They did a full master bathroom remodel for us. Kept open communication throughout the whole project, made great suggestions for products and design ideas, provided a quote for everything up front and even allowed us to purchase our own products (flooring, light fixtures, etc.) and just removed the cost from their original quote. They run an honest business (which seems hard to find these days), very friendly workers and cleaned up after themselves every day they were here. And our bathroom looks even better than we imagined it would! They will be getting our business for future remodel projects!! See before and after photos below.

We recently used Schoeman Enterprises for our master bathroom remodel. This is our third project with this family-run business and they are the only people we would trust to be in our home for an extended project. Over the years, as their business has grown, their work and reputation remains outstanding. They have long term employees who take great pride in their skills with serious attention to detail and wonderful craftmanship. They are always open to unique design ideas and work hard to find solutions. Our project featured many principles of Universal Design and they went out of their way to help us keep those priorities. Hennie and Abel are always excellent with task lists and communication and keeping us informed of the timeline. Our bathroom is beautiful and a testament to the amazing collaborative effort of Schoeman team.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Schoeman Construction and that is not said often by people after working with their contractors. We were referred to them from a friend who also had a great experience. We renovated our kitchen that included moving walls and building out a new laundry room upstairs. During the build out of the room upstairs, we found out our window was leaking so they helped us get that headache fixed. We had the entire team in our house for many months to do the amount of work that needed to be performed and not once were we bothered by their presence. People do not realize what a large house project requires and having people you trust in your personal space is really the most important thing to consider! Hennie Sr., Hennie Jr., Abel, Tien, Miranda, Almir, Charlie, Etni and Abner were all such great people that we would invite back over anytime. They do great quality work, communication is top-notch (also super important!) and we are beyond happy with our new house. Don’t be scared to take on that project you have always wanted - they work with you through the entire process. From design to materials to more questions and normal hiccups that come up and most importantly, to possible solutions! We would most definitely use Schoeman Construction again!

Our project consisted of installing new wood flooring, complete kitchen remodel, creating a laundry/pantry room, built-in bookshelves and cabinets, and a 4-door closet. We recently had a pocket door installed in our laundry room by Schoeman Construction. The team was amazing in every way! We love our finished product! Everyone who had a part in the process was professional, focused on excellent craftsmanship, kind, and orderly. They cleaned up after every day's work and made sure we were happy with the process. We were extremely pleased with the kitchen remodeling and flooring project done by Schoeman Enterprises, a longtime family business with a team of skilled professionals. They helped us design a kitchen we love, kept within the agreed budget, found solutions to complex problems, and delivered high quality craftsmanship in all aspects. Importantly, they completed all work within the contracted 9 week schedule, with team members onsite every day. There were no delays awaiting materials. And, when a minor issue occurred after completion, they showed up the next day and fixed the problem—they stand behind their work!

Responsible, reliable & respectful is how I would describe this amazing team. The workmanship was expert level. All of the subcontractors were well coordinated, knowledgeable and polite. It was just a great and easy experience. I wasn’t chasing anyone down to find out what happens next or when they would be back. It’s a blessing when you can find someone who values their reputation and puts customer service first. Very thankful I found them, and my new shower looks great!

We recently completed a complete renovation of our condo in downtown Tampa. We chose Hennie and his associate Amine because of their responsiveness and professionalism. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results. They do charge for the estimate but with that you get the assurance that they have not forgotten anything. You do not have to worry about extra's or change orders. They are honest people that care about their customers and the quality of their work. Very pleased with both the quality of the work and the progress of the project. Once underway, they were here every day working on the project, which included a major kitchen remodeling ( including removing a wall, raising the ceiling, all new cabinets, and an island), replacement of flooring through most of the house, new ceilings through most of the house, and more. We provided appliances and they installed. Great attention to detail and responsiveness to design adjustments. Friendly staff!
