I should have written this a long time ago. We have been enjoying the work performed by Greg and his fellow craftsman for a bit over 6 years now and all of their work looks as good as the day they finished the project., which says a lot about their craftsmanship. The Project: We asked Greg if it would be possible to remove more than 3/4's of a wall between our living room and kitchen/dining room in order to give that part of the house a more "open/airy" feeling and he knew exactly what needed to be done. Since it was a load-bearing wall, he had a 16 foot laminated beam built, removed the wall, installed the beam, painted the ceiling, walls and upstairs hallway and ceiling. In the process, they discovered unsuspected water damage in one LR wall caused by a leaking shower unit upstairs. Even though it added more time required to finish the original project they were willing to add that repair item to their bucket list, which we appreciated very much. They relocated thermostat wiring, and their finish work and painting was flawless. We would trust them to build an addition or even a house for us if need be because they can be trusted to keep their word and do quality work. Tom and Barb Stone Sinking Spring, PA

We've used Wellars for a number of different projects over the past 15 years and have been completely satisfied with the work, materials and yes even the price. Greg has rebuilt our screened in porch, roofed our garden shed, updated our master bathroom and completely redid our shore home after superstorm Sandy. Greg is a true "craftsman" with attention to detail that is hard to find today, he's the only person we call when we need something updated or repaired around our house

If it matters to you that a job is done right, then Weller’s Woodcrafting is for you. Greg is a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. He has done several projects for us, and every one has met or exceeded expectations. He is exceptionally skilled in numerous areas, and provides sound advice when choices are required.

Greg has done work both in my home and in a rehab house. He is extremely professional in his work. My wife and I are both very demanding in fit and finish since I make furniture and cabinets. Greg lives up to are high standards. We have used Greg several times, and are always happy with the results.

Greg Weller has skillfully and professionally completed several remodeling/addition projects for us over the past 20 years. He is creative and knowledgeable and worked with us for the best design and always looked for ways to save a few dollars, whenever possible. We’ve used Weller’s Woodcrafting for multiple jobs because the quality of work is impeccable. My husband is a perfectionist and if he didn’t think the job was anything but perfect we would never have gotten them back. I’ve had so many compliments on my remodeled living room and dining room. I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of Greg when it’s time to work on the other rooms.

Hired Greg to build an addition on our house for a studio and sun room. Overall size was 16' by 35'. Studio is 16' by 20' and the sun room is 16' by 15'. We also had a full basement built under the addition. Greg was very helpful with ideas and recommendations for various aspects of construction. We had an architect work with us on plans for the addition so we had specifications for building the addition. The estimate for the addition was $134,000. Ended up costing about $140,000 because of changes and additions made during construction. We're very happy with the results. We also had Greg build a front porch for the house. After that we hired Greg to redo our two bathrooms and the doors in the house.

Greg Weller did a kitchen remodel for me. He also installed crown molding in my living room and foyer and did a kitchen remodel for my mother.He is reliable and very meticulous. Greg also did a nice job cleaning up during and after the project was completed. Greg is a true professional and I would definitely hire him again.

Fast, solid, clean remodel of bathroom. New floor, shower stall, toilet ,counter and sink. Very hard-working crew, clean and fast, courteous and very professional work and finish. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

Weller's Woodcrafting recently installed a backsplash in my kitchen. The work was done in a timely manner and the price quoted was held to, despite some unexpected "extra" work needed due to the age of my home.

Weller Woodcrafting has been my exclusive home remodeling contractor for over 20 years. Roofing, siding, kitchen remodel, window additions, and an entire basement project creating two bedrooms and a laundry room. I have always been able to count on Greg to show up on short notice to handle storm and insurance repairs. He has consistantly delivered more than I expected with the highest of quality workmanship. My projects were well planned and completed on time and always at very fair and competitive rates. If you are looking for a friendly professional contractor for your home projects, I encourage you to call Weller Woodcrafting. I give them my highest recommendation.

Greg finished my basement. He and his partner did all of the custom cabinet work including a beautiful bar, a back bar with sink and a powder room. They also did all the framing and subcontracting that included electric, plumbing, flooring, masonry and finish work. Greg and the people Greg works with are honest, professional and skilled crafts people.

Ha commentato: can I do this with any door or is it a specialty thing?Yes. It’s as simple as cutting the door in half and adding additional hinges. It was a stock 6 panel solid pine door panel. Any solid door should work to make a Dutch door.
